Charges Dismissed Today for 2013 Torture Death of 8-year-old Gabriel Fernandez

I am at a loss for words. This is unbelievable. Shame on you American for letting this potentially corrupt Judge dismiss what look to be very credible/founded charges of these suspecting murders involved in the in 2013 Torture Death of 8-year-old Gabriel Fernandez.

I believe that Stefanie Rodriguez, 35 and Patricia Clement, 69, and supervisors Kevin Bom, 41, and Gregory Merritt, 64, could very well be guilty of the alleged crimes, but that is just my opinion. You be the Judge.

This story is so sad and disgusting, they made a movie about the miscarriage of justice, but nothing was done. Shame on you America. Rise up responsibly, peacefully, and join us online to BE LOUD. That is all.

    I am infuriated by this news ! A social worker is supposed to protect the children ! Gabriel’s teacher reported his injuries and behaviors and believed they were going to take care of it ! I known there is red tape and all but there is no red tape
    In your heart and soul! If you see a child in any danger you do something ! If your job tells you that you can’t, then you quit can calls somebody to help you ! Report them! Report everything ! I honestly think the fight for Gabriel has just begun. We are enraged and we will get justice !
