Took My Kids, Won’t Let Me Speak My Native Language
My case was compiled by my caseworker, the county attorney, the GAL and family. That were assigned to my son and daughter. They took my rights.
Court of appeal denied me. And now I’m taking my case to the Supreme Court.
I’m a health care worker and have helped people my whole life.
They never really tried to help me and they put up a wall.
They’re not letting me see my daughter. I was able to see my son but they wouldn’t let me speak my native language Spanish to him.
It was suggested to maybe go to therapy. However, I couldn’t always understood since it was always in English.
Now both of my kids were removed from my loving and caring home. My daughter had a College future, which she has now lost all of her rights to.
Shortly after wrongfully taking my rights. She ran away from where they were at. (So-called family.)
Now they are both in foster homes. My daughter tried to contact me and she was removed and placed somewhere else.
My case is now going to the Supreme Court. It will be filed in two weeks. Please help me. I need them to give my kids back.
I have been fighting for 4 years
The Judge approved my children to go out of the county for temp placement. My son was physically abused. It took them 21 days to investigate and he was never removed. My daughter was found with drugs belonging to a friend.
I was never given court ordered information. Not permitted to speak my native language. One Judge removed herself from my case, one gal was removed from my case. I was given another, come to find out the original caseworker now was working at his law office.
The removal of my kids was by 2 cps workers and two police officer, on 1/30/2019 with no order.
