My Daughter Was Kidnapped By A CPS Worker

My daughter was only 11 months old when I received a call Christmas Eve. From my family and Uncle telling me to call some lady named Ms. Fayall from the Baltimore City CPS office. That she has been calling looking for me that if I didn’t bring my daughter to the Office she was issuing an amber alert and warrent for my arrest.

I called the case worker she told me that she was told my daughter was not allowed in my house and heard reports that she was. Mind you I do not know this lady at all. She told me if I did not bring her to the office immediately that she will be putting out an amber alert and a warrant for my arrest.

I had a prior open case where a neighbor called cps on me and maced me the next day. She was not a good person. All false facts. My case was closed and my case worker retired. I was never told my daughter could not be im my house.

So I panicked ran and hid with my daughter. I was so confused and didn’t know what was going on. The calls wouldn’t stop.

Ms Fayall and My Uncle continued to call me. I didn’t want to go to jail so a couple house later on Christmas eve before we were about to go to her dad’s side family Christmas eve dinner. I took her to the office.

She told me she was sending my daughter with my Uncle to PA. I told her No I did not want her to go with him. She could stay with my sister here in Baltimore where we live. Where my daughter was born. She told me No she did not feel that was the best decision for my daughter. She had me sign papers. My uncle added he wanted it to be supervised visitation only. She agreed and put it on the papers.

But no one could tell me why or what we did wrong. My kids father. Her father on birth certificate and all never signed anything nor did they ever include him in anything.

A week later after the holidays I called the office and asked what I had to do to get my daughter back. She said she did not take my daughter that there was nothing she could do. I called her supervisor and was all told the same thing.

Out of nowhere I received court papers from Bedford, PA court house stating They gave my Uncle Sole Custody of my daughter.

I did not have the funds for a lawyer nothing. Legal nothing was of help. I contacted the government’s office everyone. All they do is connect me to the cps office and they keep asking same thing what can we do. I say the same thing bring my daughter back to the state of Maryland where she was took from. They said they can’t do that. That I have to go fight in PA. I don’t drive have no means of getting around.

While all this was going on. I was pregnant. My uncle would harass me all hours of the night 3-4am telling me to “Die B****” that my daughter is better off without me. She calls him daddy and his wife mommy.

Mind you he his not straight. They do not live together.

And he had a child predator in the same bed and all with my daughter since all this. He was looked into for touching a 2 year old little girl while having my daughter in his care. I called CPS and the Police in Bedford, PA know one would do anything. But the predator was locked up.

I have proof printed out of my uncle and this guy back and forth where he admitted knowing the man was a child predator before he was reincarnated.

I lost my set of twins behind his non stop harassment. Having people follow me and take pictures of me posting them on social media making fun of me. The only time he would let me see my daughter was at a funeral which I refuse to do. I was already grieving for my daughter and a funeral would of broke me more.

My sisters would have to sneak and let me see my daughter. They were scared and still are that he will stop them from seeing her as well.

I contacted news stations and all no one will listen or believe me nor give me a chance and look at all the proof I have.

There was no court order! No supervisor sign off nothing. They kidnapped my daughter and wont give her back! And I have been fighting this battle alone since Christmas Eve 2015 with no help.

I know my home had a few leaks in the ceiling and needed painted. I fixed all that before they took her! No one came to see! I couldn’t fix the ceiling though. I did not know how.

So since all this I took on side work to bring awareness to My Daughter and I.

I learned how to do sheetrock, painting, landscaping, flowerbed and now trying to open up my own Housekeeping business. I have a youtube video of myself talking about this. I am a good person and never deserved any of this.

All I want is Justice and My daughter back!
