After an assault on our daughter by her fiance, CPS removed her two small children (6 months & 2 1/2 years old) from her care. They were placed back in the abuser’s home in the custody of his mother. We told CPS this was a multi-generational abusive family but CPS only wrote up protective guidelines with the custody order.

We fought from day 1 for custody of them. The children were finally placed in our care 9 months later. After there was an aggravated assault between family members. Involving several shots fired and an arrest for drunk in public.

Judge Worrell ruled the children must visit this abusive home one week per month unsupervised.

CPS is so corrupt and caused so much trauma to my daughter and two young granddaughters.

It could have all been avoided. If they had let us take our daughter and her babies home when she called us to pick her up after the assault. CPS said they could not leave the state. We were willing to move back to VA in order to have the children placed with us but CPS said no, it is not your permanent residence. We’re committed to fighting for change in CPS and the Family Court system.

We’ve been fighting in court for almost 2 1/2 years for the safety of our granddaughters. We have tons of evidence of continued harassment to me and my daughter. The abusive grandfather had our daughter arrested on a bogus felony larceny charge which he swore out the warrant himself after he could not convince the police to do so.

She was arrested at our home in NC as a fugitive and placed in jail with a $40,000 bond.

We had to go back to VA to fight this in court which was finally dropped, Nolle Pros.

My daughter’s abuser was found guilty of two counts of Revenge Porn (explicit images or videos of individuals without their consent).

We have pages of evidence showing the abusive family not following the court order, including abusive grandfather’s court ordered SCRAM bracelet(ankle bracelet that is worn by a DUI offender) with 47 recorded alcohol consumption or tampering.

Father Trafficking Children

The children claimed that their father would wake them up in the middle of the night. And take them to their grandfather’s barn, across the street. Where they and their friends would sexually and physically abuse them. 

Sexual Abuse Ignored

Mother contacted CPS and law enforcement, and after a 15 minute cursory interview with no proper investigation, they dismissed the children’s allegations as “vivid imaginations.”

Mother Protects Children

In order to keep her children safe. Mother left with her children and found an attorney, Sam McLure. 

“Substantiated Evidence”

After looking into her case, Sam McLure found substantiated evidence supporting Mother and the children’s claims.  During that time. The Father convinced a judge in Stafford County to deem Mother and her 2 oldest daughters, mentally unstable.

No Mental Eval for Abusive Father

With no mental or psychological evaluations and no past mental illnesses in their medical records. 

Judge Orders Return of Children

Her children were ordered to be returned to Father’s custody.

Mother Refuses

Mother refused to return her children. US marshals were enlisted. In Fathers hunt for his wife and children.  Eight 8 months later, in February 2020. Mother and her children were found in Indiana. The children were returned to their father.

Mother Arrested 

She’s been charged with 1 felony and 4 misdemeanors.  Since her arrest. More victims have come forward, but refuse to testify, out of fear. 

Free Melody

Mother is currently incarcerated. At the Rappahannock Regional Jail in Stafford County, Virginia. Where she awaits her trial in September.

All on hearsay and lies. I’ve been fighting for 5 years and they just keep on coming up with lies and hearsay.

I’m so sick of my children being abused, neglected, mental abused, physically abused, emotional abuse, brainwashed by the grandparents. That have never been around my 2 girls. With the grandparents and one is no kin at all to them. And they are trying to keep them away from me.

Lies when the protection orders were dropped on us. On all children 3 in cps care. Being done the same way and lying to them. Illegally adopted my babies out without us signing anything or agreements to it and nothing done about it.

I want my children back now.

I have plenty of evidence on it. Even have a recording from a investigator. Saying he never found evidence on what was said. So that’s why no criminal charges were done. Asking me why the babies were gone.

Had 2 oldest on the same allegations taken in NC and given back to me by the Judge after 4 months. The judge put on the paperwork, that it was false allegations in petition and was untrue.

It is court ordered I see my 2 girls with grandparents 2 hrs a month supervised. The grandparents don’t want me to see them cause they don’t want them to tell me about what’s happening at their house.

Protection orders was dissolved on us. That means no harm to them I haven’t seen them since February and shouldn’t have supervised visits anyway. They should be at home with me.

They violated all our rights and breaking the law big time. Very corrupt county with cps, judges, cops, DA, grandparents, etc. They were all in it together. And it’s a conflict of interest. A lot more they do to children and parents there in Halifax, VA.

Glad we don’t live there anymore. Have one child with me. I had after they took them, he should know his siblings. They should be all together with me.

They were taken April 10, 2015 on hearsay without a warrant or probable cause. Just want them home where they are safe and taken care of. The right way.

Her and her children have had to be in fear for years. Because unlike many victims of the court system, she fought back. Virginia is one of only two states in which the General Assembly/Legislature nominate judges. Unlike other states where judges are elected officials.

CIVIL RIGHT VIOLATIONS

ROBBING TAX PAYERS

More than 29 billion dollars in taxes per year is spent in separating families. Encouraging CPS to remove children from poorer families. Who don’t have the resources to fight the system. Then adopt their children out for cash. In divorce court your tax dollars are spent to keep families in court as long as possible. The courts make money by pinning families against each other. Dragging out cases for years to feed the court system. And all of their actors including the judge, the attorneys, the Guardian Ad Litem, and their preferred health care professionals.

JUDICIAL ABUSE

Usually judges give favorable outcomes to the “bad” parent. Because they know the “good” parent will keep fighting without end for the safety of their children.

Judges typically make temporary orders preventing families from appealing judgments and with no oversight. They effectively keep families in the system for as long as they can.

Court is not what you think it is in the 21st Century. Across America there is typically no consequence to judicial abuse and no oversight to stop what happens in the courtroom.

TEARING OUR NATION APART

Attorneys and judges are allowed to act as bad as possible for profit and it’s ripping our nation apart.

UNITED WE STAND

Parents across the nation are uniting and bringing awareness to what really happens in family courts and with CPS. It’s time to change federal laws to encourage the reunification of our families. Resources are reallocated to create programs to make families stronger. By making them self sufficient, establish job programs, deal with housing issues, and deal with substance and mental health issues.

NEVER GIVING UP

For Kimberly Lowe, she has been in Court since 2018. After her husband, (She had known him since she was 23 and married in 2004.) abandoned her and her three children at the beginning of 2017. After enduring years of abuse.

One of the most dangerous places to be is if you leave your abuser. Kimberly stayed strong to protect her children for years.

Illegally stole her home and farm in which her and her children live. All the while she has incurred $45,000 in attorney fees, and $153,000 in other losses.

Worst of all, she was threatened to be placed in jail. And her children put in foster care. If she dared file a motion to court. She was told she would be marched down to the jail. If she did not comply with orders based on fraud. And in violation of Virginia and Federal laws. And in violation of her and her children’s constitutional and civil rights.

It’s time to take America back. This is the land of the free, but we’ve become a land of government profit and control.

Children across the United States are ripped from the arms of their parents continually. With no hopes of ever getting their children back. Despite doing everything the Court or CPS tells them to do. Or despite the fact there are usually false allegations.

FOSTER CARE ABUSE

Children that enter foster care have a much higher chance of being physically and sexually abused. In divorce and custody cases, usually there is no protection for children. Children are placed back with their abuser resulting in hundreds of children having been murdered across the United States.

REALLOCATE FUNDING

The solutions are easy: cut the funding at the federal level to reallocate funding. Provide a means for judicial oversight. Such as allow court recordings. Allow judicial complaints WHILE your case is ongoing. Restore constitutional rights back to the family courts. Provide the latest domestic violence research training to judges. And provide actual repercussions for judges and attorneys who don’t follow the law. In order to line their pockets and destroy our families and our nation.

About my oldest son.

AN INCIDENT FROM 2016*

WHERE I HAVE BEEN FALSELY ACCUSED

At that time I did not have custody of my son, my sons grandmother on his fathers side had custody. Even though I kept him a majority of the time, because she drove a log truck.

I would like to start with April the 8th, 2016

I call my sons grandmother to ask if I can stay the night with her to spend time with my son. The next day she is telling me about a new babysitter, she has found for my son. She says she will take me to meet her the next day. That night my sons grandmother goes out drinking. The next day the three of us meet with the babysitter. The interaction between my son and the babysitter and her children is good.

THE ONE DAY THOUGH THAT I DID NOT HAVE MY SON, HE GETS HURT & I AM FALSELY ACCUSED OF A LEVEL TWO PREPONDERANCE OF EVIDENCE. .
It’s April 11th 2016 I have to go to Boars Head in Jarrett Virginia for my interview. Prior to that tho (@ about 10 am) I drop my son off with the babysitter. and go. After my interview, I text my sons grandmother (She’s at work) I tell her, I am done and that I want to get my son. My sons grandmother says for me to leave him with the babysitter so that the both can get more acquainted. So I agree. Later, that same afternoon I have two classes to do. (NA/AA The classes are MANDATORY. (So I go) My sons grandmother has picked him up from the babysitter.

After I am done with my meetings I rush over to my sons grandmothers (@approximately 7 to 7:30.) She and I speak briefly concerning my son. I’m told my son never used the restroom. And that my son hadn’t went pee the whole 3 to 4 hours she’d had him. I feel that my sons grandmother more than likely lied to me, so she did not have to admit that he was left in a wet diaper. And that he had suffered from a BLOODY bottom. I FEEL HIS GRANDMOTHER KNEW BUT WANTED TO AVOID CONFRONTATION WITH ANYONE AT ALL COST. My sons grandmother says ( 2 year old) my son played outside with another boy on his four wheeler* After finishing up at my sons grandmothers I go home. I lived with my grandmother.

I take my son into the house and I lay him down on the couch. In the living room, there’s two chairs and a couch. My son is grouchy and very tired. I go back out to my truck to grab the stuff he will need for the night. I hurry back inside I put everything down and I check to see if my son is wet from the front to the back, trying not to bother him. After my son falls asleep from watching television, I unpack his bags and I lay down in the recliner next to him. *I’m only four or five inches away from where he is sleeping at.

In the middle of the night, at about 1:00 AM: my son wakes up screaming! He’s crying! I am in a panic, trying to figure out what could be wrong with my son. He is wet and the couch is soaked! I ask him what’s wrong? He says, “hurt mama I hurt.” My first instinct is to put my son in the bathtub and rinse him off. When I do he starts screaming even louder and I still have no idea to what could be wrong with him. My grandmother from around the corner BARGES HER IN TOWARDS ME. What’s wrong with my great grandson, she says. I tell her I don’t know, grandma.

I take my son out of the bathtub. My grandma says what’s that? I turn my son around to look and I see there is a huge RED MARK and that is blistered on my sons butt. I ask my grandmother to hold him so I can call my sons grandmother to ask her what happened and why did he have a Huge mark on his butt. When I call her she says it’s probably A DIAPER RASH OR AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO THE BATH SOAP* THE BABYSITTER USED ON SON WHEN SHE GAVE HIM A BATH. I’m told my son has had a lot of diarrhea. I hang up. My grandmother tells me to put some ointment on it and to keep a good eye on it. My son calms down. And I have put him to sleep. The next day son is doing better. Except if my son would wet his diaper, than he would scream hysterically. My sons grandmother advise is for me to give my son some silk milk. And so I do.

At 9:30 I text my sons grandmother that I need to go to E.R. because I was in a lot of pain from my kidney stones. She’s asks me where’s grandma? I tell her grandma is in bed. She says for me to go ahead and do what I need to do then, but for me to not leave my son with my mom. SHE SAYS I HAVE TO WORK. I NEED YOUR HELP SHE SAYS I CANT DO IT BY MYSELF SHE SAYS.
The next morning because I was in so much pain my doctor prescribes me some narcotics. I still don’t feel good, that night so I call my mom to pick me and my son up. My sons grandmother is at work. I call my grandma to explain I felt very week and that I was medicated. I explain to her about the rash on my son. I tell her I am keeping ointment on it. And the babysitter agrees to watch my son for the night. The next morning I still feel weak and so I text my sons grandmother to ask if it would be ok for Nana to watch my son for a couple of days, because I was needing to get some rest. She agrees that my son can stay with his Nana. Later that afternoon I get a text from my sons grandmother, she wants me to call her when I am alone and away from my mom. The next day my aunt has stopped by Nanas to check on my son.

A few days later I get a text from my sons grandmother telling me I NEED TO BE CAREFUL because my aunt is asking her questions and is going to try to find out if out if the answers we have are the same, because she is working with CPS (my aunt was looking for a good reason to get my sons grandmother and I in front of the judge, again. A couple days have passed and I get a text one early morning from my sons grandmother saying she has only two hours to decide what to say. And that I needed to pick up the phone if I still wanted to see my son. She says that I have allowed you to be in your sons life, so pick up the phone or I will do what I have to do. I then get another text to stop telling people our business or that she can and will get in trouble for not doing what she was suppose to be doing. (The next day my son is at MCV with an ear warmer infection. (* THE NEXT NIGHT MY SON STAYS WITH MY AUNT .

The day I drop my son off with my grandparents I go to the doctors office with my mom.

* CPS is called to my grandparents house.

Even though I told both my grandma and grandpa, when I dropped my son off about the mark on his butt because I wanted them to know, I did not hurt him. They call my aunt, who is a nurse at South Regional Medical Center. And my aunt calls Child Protective Services on me.

Child protective services go my grandparents, the Social Worker interviews my son . And puts in her report that my son said three things. “Mommy spanked me”. “Mommy did it” & Mommy hurt me.
A doctor documents my son has sensitive skin and is allergic to red dye in food..

WHAT IT BOILS DOWN TO IS THAT *

MY SON HAS BEEN WRONGFULLY ADOPTED IN THE YEAR OF 2018!!
ONLY FIVE DAYS PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS.

* I want there to be a fair hearing where all they persons involved with the care of my child on the day he was hurt to be questioned /cross examined..

* I WANT AN APPEAL

The baby sitter and the grandmother were not questioned or rightfully investigated. Somebody needs to ask these woman questions. Did my baby get hurt on a four wheeler? Or did the babysitter drop my son in the bathtub?

I WANT SOCIAL SERVICES TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY DONE TO ME! .
AND WHY?!?! IS BECAUSE CPS HAVE FAILED NOT ONLY MY SON BUT SO MANY OTHER CHILDREN.
I WANT JUSTICE FOR ME AND MY SON
