I need help with my baby and I’ve asked for help. My son was starting to fuss I believed he more than likely needed to have his diaper changed.

After I am discharged I CALL MY MOM AND DAD- they ALSO are CONFUSED. Before leaving the hospital my husband’s mom WOULD HELP ME My parents came to the hospital, once.

* My husbands STEP DAD ALWAYS BEING DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS My Husband GOES BACK TO EVEN BEFORE I CONCEIVE My Baby

My mother in law is coming over really early every morning and unannounced. I don’t mind it tho, She’s helping me take care of my baby. @ the time I am not working because of having a C-section. My husband is in between jobs, even though we were buying our house. (two bedrooms two baths. & our bills were being paid. (January 2017)

* On about the 22nd my mother-in-law remarks, it is cold in my place. In parts of my home, it would be a different temperature than in my sons. I made sure his room stayed warm tho and my baby had everything he needed.

* The next day CPS show up this being my second contact/ the first one was done in a different unit same complex on January ninth

* CPS shows up, in feeding my baby. (My husband is asleep. I’m asked if the thermostat works-)

* IM TOLD IF I GET ONE MORE REPORT IM TAKING YOUR CHILD (WHAT!!?? The same day my mother in law shows up, acting concerned. After we talk about what happened I allow my baby to go with her, Monday through Friday. Sunday that weekend I run out of formula but have a gift card and just need a ride to get it.

* My husband and I are taken by surprise when we are driven to a notary at 9 pm to sign papers. My mother in law husband asks as we are in the driveway if we had our IDs on us or not? (NOTHING WAS SAID before US ARRIVING at THE NOTARY (SHERECE WAS MY MOTHER-IN-LAWS FRIEND.) We get out of the car and on the trunk, we are being told to sign guardianship paper
Questioning my parenting I felt both scared and confused. We get back in the car, no words are said. My husband is upset, asks his mom what just happened? He is ignored she does not say a word.
* My mother in law gives my dad’s number to her husband. I then get a call from my dad he is upset with me. Why the papers?

* We were indeed struggling but we never neglected our child.

* My husband and I have kicked off a bus for not having a transfer, we were on the phone with my father in law (NO ONE PICKED US UP. NO ONE WANTED TO HELP US.

* With the default guardianship visits will be supervised. I tell my mother in law I do not want her husband at the visits, because he and her son do not get along. HE IS ALWAYS DISRESPECTFUL

* For three months my husband and I are taking bus rides, one day my mother in law husband yells at us. /We wanted to see our son at our place. My husband is asking her why can’t we mom. She completely ignores him.

The grandma is not in the right mind to take of a child because she is using this child for money that is all. She has expressed that she does not want this child to be with his parents and that she wants to be a parent and grandparent to this child. She is very jealous person towards the person and will manipulate this child by any means.

I’m a single mom who lost her children, career, home, belongings and nearly her life. Because of the corruption, lies, false accusations and an appointed counsel who used coercion in conjunction with unethical practices of inaction. I have been denied due process and never had a open case prior to needing to be hospitalized.

My children were taken at that time. I was accused of neglecting my own health care, thus causing my emergency. Which left my children with a need for care.

I had evidence of the contrary but it wasn’t presented.

My children were placed in Foster Care while I was in the hospital and I was never told. I was told to pick them up upon discharge.

After 4 months my attorney told me to sign a plea and I would get my children back. I did it. I have never gotten my children back or even a phone call.

I was denied visiting them for nearly 2 months because they were out of town when the case worked told me they were on the other side of town.

I have been accused of doing things that CPS’s own records prove are lies.

I need help badly and I have no idea how obtain it.

My appeal was marked as abandoned due to the contact info being wrong on the paperwork submitted by my attorney who had the correct information and I was unaware of this until it was too late.

I’m aware of my laws and the violations committed by the system. I have emails for years between myself and the worker providing evidence contrary to what she reported and it’s not been presented.

My case is considered closed.

I have not been able to see my children for over a year and a half. They are in a new house for adoption because when asked my daughter stated she wanted to live with mommy.

They twisted that and just put her with a new “mommy” and “daddy” who were expedited through the process of being foster parents to get my children in there for adoption. My mom has grandparents rights but I cannot have any contact with them via DCFS and “new mommy”.

No where in her order does it say that but she’s not even getting her visitation schedule or able to help me because they’re threatening to take her rights as well.

So she’s deathly afraid of them doing what she witnessed to me and then they’ll be completely detached altogether.

My report has everything in it from the CPI ____________ removing my children without a court order on May 23rd, 2019, the fact that she perjured herself on her first initial report OR the stand on June 11th, 2019. In her report CPI ____________ says she went to both our house and the school but while under oath (on June 11th, 2019) she testified that the only place she went was the school.

Several reports have been made by my in laws to us, as well as my children. We’ve reported them to our case worker _________ and nothing was done. She has told us this entire time “kids don’t lie” however two days after we made the report of abuse against my step father by my daughter-which I have on recording-, ________ said, “The kids said they lied so were dropping the investigation. This recording was sent to our case worker and several other entities. I have a text message from my mother that shows retaliation against my in laws for reporting. 

On May 24, 2019 and May 27th, 2019 CPI _____________ denied my husband’s right to know the allegations against him; both times stating “You cannot have that information until after the investigation.” 

We have video of our first physical visit (DFPS office in Texas) from May 31, 2019 as well as a memo of the appearance and behaviors of my children at said visit. On May 31st, my eldest child had bruises up and down her legs, they smelled like that hadn’t showered and she smelled of urine. 

During the second physical visit which was on June 5th, 2019 (13 days after removal) I acquired a video of the visit. In said visit I was holding my youngest daughter with my hand on her back. I had to readjust myself when suddenly she said, “OW OW OW!” I freaked out and my eldest said, She scratched herself, momma,” then my son (my youngest baby) said “No, her bruise hurts.” I then placed my daughter across my lap, face down and proceeded to do a body check. I raised the back of her shirt and lower her waistband just above the crack in her bottom. She had four distinct bruises on her back (that my eldest daughter counted out) the color of raspberries that appeared to be fingerprint marks, as well as a large purple bruise above her butt-crack. 

On November 21, 2019 we acquired a video statement during a Face Time visitation of my youngest daughter claiming sexual assault at the foster home (as she calls it “The CPS’s House.”) through her statements and a behavior I can only consider as one of two things, an indicator or leakage as when I asked her “what else did they teach you?” She leaned forward with her mouth in such a way that is indicative of fallacious (oral sex).

On September 3, 2019 and October 28th, 2019 my children had forensic interviews. During both forensic interviews they denied all allegations against the dad to include “no outcries of sexual abuse.” October 28th, 2019 was the second interview and it was after my mother reported a supposed statement of sexual abuse which was made on October 1st, 2019. My mother hates my husband and has motive.

On Sept. 16th, 2019 my eldest told the counselor ___________ that my two youngest children were naked in the room at my mom’s house and touched their privates together.

We were not made aware of this behavior until receipt of the permanency report for the April 15th, 2020 hearing. Which was received on March 27th, 2020. My mom reported that she was unaware. Exactly 2 weeks and 1 day later she reported the statement my daughter supposedly made to _____________. My mother has threatened to take my children from us multiple times.

Reunification was set for October 31st, 2019. At a hearing on November 19th, 2019, assistant DA ___________ violated spousal privilege rule 504 section 4c [roman numeral] i by calling me to the stand when nothing has been proven, he then proceeded to entrap me by saying “It looks like you have a choice to make, Will you choose your husband or your children.”

On April 9th, 2020, I was illegally recorded by my children’s counselor ____________. She did not inform me that she was recording until the very end of the visit which violates Nev. Rev. Statute 200.610-200.690 and Texas penal code 16.02. During this same visit with my eldest child she informed me that the case worker promised they would come home. Her words were, “Mommy I need to tell you something, ________ promised we could come home.” I took notes during this phone call as I was not allowed to record.  

Every Monday since April 20, 2020 (except June 15 and June 22) I have been illegally recorded by CASA of McClellan county _______ and _________.

I have over 123 snapshots as proof of recording and notes documenting the fact that CASA has never informed me that they were recording. Upon researching the Zoom website I’ve found that the host is the only one who has the option to record.

I have an email from my children’s counselor regarding her absence and lack of availability to monitor the visits for the two Thursdays in that time frame. CASA monitored and recorded. 

On April 9, 2020 CPS violates my 4th amendment by-through their actions-forcing me to move back to Las Vegas with no place to live, no car, no job and no money. They said they never forced me, however they made me feel fearful of the risk of losing my children if I didn’t move by saying, “If you come back to Texas, who’s to say you won’t go back to your husband?” I was also bribed into believing that if I moved back to Las Vegas it would greatly increase my chances to have face-to-face visits with my children. I have been in Las Vegas since April 12th, 2020 and have yet to see my children.

During the time I was satisfying my 30 day no contact (with my spouse) court order the kids’ therapist, ___________ said she was not comfortable approving face to face visits until I did 30 sessions of individual counseling. This was not court ordered and they are still withholding my children from me, even though I am participating in said sessions. 
 
At the hearing On April 15, 2020 case worker ____________ testified that my children “denied all allegations of abuse, with no outcries of sexual abuse.”

On June 15th, 2020 my own attorney interrogated me by accusing me of not siding with my daughter who has made allegations of sexual abuse at the hands of her dad. He then said to me, “The kids are no longer in the foster home so the possibility that they were abused there is neither here nor there.” He also says he sides with the department. He then told me that I need to “lock arms” with our case worker and be her friend.

My husband has been proven innocent by the experts at the sexual abuse hotline, two forensic interviews (performed on my babies) and many other things. There is a summary of findings at the _______________. The case worker, ___________ has denied his due process and right to a fair investigation as my husband has never been interviewed for the sexual abuse allegations nor the allegations of physical abuse. He was arrested on April 9th based on notes from the therapist, and the detective never contacted any of our witnesses. When he interviewed my husband, he stated that the bruises on our children are NOT indicative of abuse by an adult but because of three statements matching, two of which were CPS and the therapist, he was still arrested. The detective even said he knew my husband was telling the truth. My husband has a complete declaration of facts as well as pictures, videos and recordings.

Due to being forced to move back to Las Vegas, I have no evidence of my own except that which pertains to illegal recordings of myself and my children. I do, however have the video of my daughter’s allegations of sexual abuse at the foster home in my possession.

On June 22nd, 2020 my husband met with his attorney and was presented with a petition to sign over his parental rights and that if he did so, the department would not go after my rights.

He has asked his attorney for a copy of said document. It is to my understanding that this is extortion. My children have been begging to come home for this entire year.

I have a 3.5 minute recording of my eldest crying for her dad. I have a recording of my youngest daughter proving coercion stating that the caregivers said they were coming home in “15 days.” I have more recordings than those two of outcries to come home.

My in laws would like to report what they have seen, heard and been through at the hands of the caregivers-who are my parents.

The text I have from my mother was sent on November 10, 2019 five days after my in-laws followed their civil duty and reported suspicions to the case worker _____________.

This, I believe is retaliation for following the law as well as a violation of their grandparent rights.
 

I also found out from my attorney today (June 23, 2020) that CPS and CASA want to terminate my rights IF my husband does not sign the presented petition signing over his own rights AND if I don’t agree to “co-parent” with my mother.

Nothing has been proven. It is to my understanding that CPS is making these decisions based on hearsay.

My mother and step father are my abusers and that has been reported to ____________, with a witness on a three-way call. I fail to see how co-parenting with my abusers would benefit my children. It is my opinion that co-parenting with my abusers would in fact be detrimental to the mental and emotional health of all three of my children as well as myself and my goal is to assist them in healing. In no way do I ever want to add to the trauma they have suffered throughout all of this.

I would walk through any fire for my three children. I would sacrifice everything for them. I ask that you help me protect my family from this egregious wrong doing and I ask that you aid me in the reunification of my family. In all honesty there is no way we could ever be happy or thrive without each other.

I have been diagnosed with PTSD, Major Depression, Severe Anxiety, and I suspect chronic trauma all attributed to this case. My eldest child (She is only 8 years old) has been diagnosed with PTSD and my husband is “one point away” from being considered PTSD.

I am terrified for my family almost as much as I am terrified of losing them.

That’s right folks, we are throwing the “proverbial book” at CPS in this case, and it’s so bad, she does in fact have a book detailing all of their crimes for 24 years straight.

Well me and my current girlfriend got into a heated argument, police were involved, said I hit her even though I did not and they took me to jail.

A few days later the case was dismissed.

The problem is DHS had my son. The caseworker actually wrote a report with false statements I supposedly admitted to her, which again, I did not, why would I.

My son was just student of the month at his school. Why would they take him?

My girlfriend and I both took not only drug tests but actual hair follicle tests. Crystal clean. I had been clean for years. (yes I had prior cases, one from 9 years ago where I got custody of my son and a more recent one where he was with his mom and he got taken and pretty much, given right to me once I was notified which was all months prior to this I had given him to his mom under free will for a short time to take care of some private matters.)

I was currently in a lay-off as solar fields usually go for a few months and then the next one worthwhile will kick off a few months later so I drove for Lyft. The judge insisted I was unemployed. I tried to tell her the charge was dismissed, it never happened, it didn’t matter.

The hair follicle test was clean, it didn’t matter. My first lawyer quit due to becoming a judge. Great. The next lawyer quit 2 hearings in due to me telling her she wasn’t doing her job and representing me. She would not say anything relevant or helpful in court and did nothing for me. The judge appointed a new lawyer I didn’t even get the chance to speak to or call me back. She quit! They won’t put in an ICPC, my trial was sabotaged, I’m denied a court-appointed lawyer, they didn’t have proper jurisdiction over him in the first place and I’ve been drowning for the past 5 hearings with no one to listen to it.

I’m up to losing my son in August and I know for a fact my rights are violated. They have denied me visits and phone calls, nothing is private if I do get to speak to him and now he started cutting himself in DHS begging to see me and they are trying to blame it on me. I don’t know where to turn.

Our kids are suffering and no one cares. Thanks for accepting. You are truly an inspiration.
