10 Years Later, We Still Miss Our Baby Girls
I apologize up front for my punctuation. This is the father. Me and my wife have been together for 16 years and have 3 awesome adorable kids together.
Well, where do I start.
10 years ago, I worked as a manager for Sams Club in Gulfport MS. My wife was friends with a coworker. We found out to be unfaithful. We immediately stopped all interaction with that coworker. And in turn, the coworker got upset. Her plan to get back at us was call cps on us and she did.
Not a big deal right?
Well here we are 10 years later!
And have graduated the youth courts 5 times. But of course this girl kept calling on us like every November. So they kept coming to open cases on us. I mean it got so terribly noticeable that someone was out to get us the judge at the time told CPS to leave this family alone (meaning us).
Well then the judge retired and a new judge took over.
It wasn’t long before they were knocking on my door again. A cps investigator told us when she called that we would have to go for a drug test. That the call was about smoking marijuana. That we most certainly do not. Then only to be told by the drug court that they do not even care about marijuana anymore.
Well she never called so we figured that she didn’t open a case.
Then on my 3 yr olds birthday we get woke up to someone saying we needed to be at court that we didn’t show for a drug test! And we were never called. Not one time the CPS INVESTIGATOR WAS LYING!
They removed our kids from our home.
My wife was broken! We had a whole birthday party planned.
And this CPS worker came while I was at court and drove off with them not even in a car seat. How is it that they can take our kids and put them in harmes way? It was devastating!
Now they are trying to take our parental rights! They have split our babies up! We are at a loss!
I have invested our savings on this and for what?
We have tons of family here. We just don’t understand why they would lie about taking a drug test!! There are kids out there that really, really need them but they are using the resources on us.
Our oldest of the 2 was an honor roll student before this happened. They made us switch schools, move and noticed that her grades started falling. And she developed attitude problems and our littlest one they have put her on breathing treatments. For why we do not know. She was not like that when she was taken from our house.
This is affecting my family permanently. Now my kids cry to come home. They have told us we can not call. And limited us from seeing them 2 times a month for 1 hour. And now want to take our rights because of the distancing that they caused.
It is July 1st 2020 my birthday! I do not care. I’m 43 today, a grown man and I cry probably 3 times a day. I have a pit in my stomach that doesn’t go away. I’m about to lose everything. They were driving them to our visits in a car that was disgusting. None of the windows rolled down and no ac. The poor girls were soaking wet sweating! That was our case workers personal car and she was also trying to persuade me to fix it as I’m a mechanic. They still have not given us a valid reason as to why they were even removed!
I have tried to get them to pull the CPS investigators phone records but no one will listen. I’m in a corner! I feel helpless! Our kids beg and cry to come home!
WE ARE ONE FAMILY THAT REALLY REALLY NEEDS A MIRACLE RIGHT NOW!!!!
The Mississippi cps/dhs already have a bad reputation. We just want our family back in one house. So we can live our lives. We miss them so much! My eyes hurt from crying! Yes, I’m a man but when a man loses everything all he can do is cry..
There is so much more but it would take me days to type it all down. As of now they have put my oldest in a behavioral health institution and my youngest with some people we do not know and no one will even tell is why they were taken out of our home!
HELP HELP HELP!!!
Please let my kids come home as I have taken every possible avenue possible and no one is willing to intervene!

Do you want Your Children back?? Sometimes reaching out to the right person at the right time can really be something? You and the one that knows NOO Mother or Father should be denied the Children they hold close to there hearts!!
