My willingness to comply with DCFS to address those issues for many still resulted in the parents never getting their children returned home. I personally have been ignored by the DCFS for my efforts and completions. The DCFS has made extreme effort in my opinion to condemn me not only as a mother but human being. I feel DCFS has used retaliation tactics by the unjustified prolonged detention of my children.I feel DCFS social worker has abused the authority given to them as a staff at DCFS. While at the same time making sure. I have wanted communication but instead got a silent war with my innocent babies in the middle. I can not stress enough that no parents children are leverage to gain victory, but the child is the very reasons to try to have open communication that may lead to understanding from both parties. That is the start of caring for the children. Parents not getting their Children returned is not a victory for the DCFS but is a lost of remembrance for what the job title DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES means. I am the client and I need and request the attention in my case deserves I want my kids to be returned home I want the court to terminate jurisdiction and return my children My property I have completed the case plan that was court ordered 26 weeks of parenting class drug testing and counseling and a better quality representation that you are giving to the most clients You have been appointed to represent me as an attorney in the county juvenile court please be on my side I need your help I am fighting for the release of my two children daughter 12 years old son 7 years old Now from the states custody I am innocent of any wrong doing the caseworker has made assumptions about me that are false my children need to be at home with me for their well-being mentally emotionally and physically.
