Court Failure in Virginia under Governor Ralph, “rape suspect kills accuser”
I am shocked that some people in America still do not understand how bad our court system can truly be if given the wrong Judge.
Hopefully, enough people will see that fact and we can end immunity laws for Judges.
Many believe they should be held accountable for crimes such as these where prosecution was begging to keep him locked up, but they let him go. Then, he kills his victim. Is this a court failure? You be the Judge.

I have watched my town pull children..way to many from their parents and demand goals that are impossible to reach with covid…thats happening now…5 years ago they took my child at 15 and placed him in a meth home…some bleach from an empty jug landed on his jeans and I was accused of child abuse…no investigation but I was charged with an assault..made me plead guilty or my son would pay…took me one whole year to get him back…he was receiving SSI from deceased father..who he found hanging when he was six….DFS Here kept over ten thousand dollars of his money ..hes twenty now….was molested by meth who’re..and beaten..they did nothing..he now has two baby daughters they want him to give away his rights…the police have drowned him in traffic tickets and court appearances he can’t keep job…hes homeless…he is loosing his mind!… Way to much for a twenty year to process and do right! WHO CAN WE TURN TO???. PLEASE HELP
