My Children Were Taken Since I Had “Too Many Reports”
In 2017 when I moved to Colorado I attempted suicide.
They took my children called me manic and made my life hell to get them back.
Fast forward a year and my oldest had behavioral issues that I was already addressing.
I lived in an high income/affluent area and I got called on a lot over the stupidest things. From my youngest lying and saying I killed my husband to her going to school in dirty clothes (unknown to me).
They harassed and targeted me because I was never nice.
I was a foster kid myself that they thought I should be polite and respectful.
They kept my oldest for 7 months, because she didn’t wanna face the music. They refused to take her to therapy, yet deemed her out of control. They blocked me from sending her to residential.
They consistently abused power and was witnessed by my therapist, the one who did the supervised visits.
I moved four counties away and my case was closed after revision of the treatment plan and enough time to get the APR done. There were never concerns because I’m a good mother.
Now they are coming after me for 10k in support. I want to sue them. They caused my family immense pain, and I almost took my own life after losing them.
Please help.
I can’t find a lawyer with enough balls to go after them.
