Horror of CPS
Hello, I represent a group called Freedom from the Streets. I help individuals experiencing homelessness, on the verge of being homeless, and formerly homeless deal with barriers affecting permanent housing, which is child protection.
My children were stolen from me. Based on false accusations of Child abuse and neglect. I am a single mother of 2 children. I have 2 boys.
At 2 months, my youngest son was found with a left broken ankle. I had a select few of people watching my children. I was naive a year ago. And I was never outspoken.
CPS never investigated the other people watching my children and they never gave me due process. They automatically went straight to Termination of parental rights and they are telling me I’m never getting my children back because I have a learning disability, mental health problems and because I’m poor.
My children have been in Foster Care for a year and 4 months now. I have at least 6 more months. To change the judge’s point of view. Before, my parental rights are actually taken from me.
I would NEVER hurt my children I have done nothing but been a loving and concerned mother since day one.
But I am outspoken now and very educated, but I need help fighting CPS as I am representing myself in court
