Cares NW Creates False Report

It all started in august 2018 when DCYF of Washington state knocked on my door and told me they had a report made by someone so they needed to investigate. All seemed okay with the interview.

Puking at Doctor Office

They told me that someone was concerned I took my kid to the doctor too much. Fast forward to the end of October 2018. I took my kid to the ER for puking up what looked like blood. The doctor said it wasn’t blood which was a relief. They decided to admit him anyway. He continued to puke while in the hospital and they had a meeting on the third day he was there.

Diagnosed with Munchausen by Proxy

It was DCYF and they claimed to have a pick-up order for all three of my kids. I never once saw these orders. They said I was diagnosed with Munchausen by proxy now known as medical child abuse. I was never tested or interviewed for this by a psychologist as it’s a mental disorder. they kept saying I made it up or I was over exaggerating his vomiting issues.

Parents Removed From Hospital by Police

They kept him in the hospital for a week after they kicked me out. They ran all sorts of drug tests on him that all came back negative for everything. They stopped all tube feeds to make him eat orally.

Children Removed with No Pickup Order

All three boys were put in foster care and DCYF didn’t even consider kinship. had to get a court order for the boys to go with a family member right before Christmas.

Children Denied Love from Parents

I wasn’t allowed to spend any holidays or birthdays with my kids until Thanksgiving 2019 and had to get a court order for that as well. I literally had to get a court order for everything cause DCYF wouldn’t allow me to even attend my oldest sporting events or school functions.

Parental Alienation

DCYF didn’t let me see my kids for a whole month said they wouldn’t let me see them until I admitted what I did wrong and got help. I couldn’t lie and admit to something I didn’t do. had to get a court order to start visits with my kids at first it was one day a week for an hour.

CPS Lies About ER Visit

On the very first visit, I didn’t even see my youngest son cause they claimed he was in the ER at the time of the visit. those ER records showed he was discharged well before the visit time.

Unexplained Bruise in Foster Care

The youngest boy started showing up to visits with unexplained bruising on his upper thighs that looked like finger bruises. It was reported to the caseworker and the caseworker stated that he was moved to a different foster home and not to worry about it. He came to the next visit with a black eye and a large scratch on his face and foot.

CPS Caseworker Lies About Feed Baby

The caseworker claimed that he hadn’t used the feeding tube the whole time he’s been in foster care. The feeding tube “looked” otherwise. He had Pediasure residue in the tube. When he was admitted to the hospital he was almost 30lbs the first time I saw him after they took him from me he was down to 26lbs. The GI doctor took his tube out before he was back up to his prior weight like it was suggested. Still to this day he still is having some episodes with some foods but it’s not like it was.

No Official Investigation Performed

There was no search of the house and there was no search warrant. So now they are saying that here in Indiana. I still have yet to see this document or any legitimate proof that they found this. There was no ipecac in that house or at my current house.

Another False Report

In June of 2020, I was contacted by a caseworker for a report filed by someone that Kayla was alone at the park with my 6 year old daughter from my past marriage. They informed me that someone had called the DCS child abuse hotline and reported this to one of their staff.

Being that I had nothing to hide and never had I had any involvement with DCS in the past I obliged the worker to come into my home and speak with me and Kayla. The worker entered was very polite and asked questions and we made a safety plan based on Kayla not being alone with my other daughter. The conversation was recorded by me in case anything were to happen. She asked about Kayla’s pregnancy and when she was due. I asked the caseworker what was going to happen after my daughter was born. She told me that I shouldn’t expect anything.

On July 16th my 2nd daughter was born and I couldn’t have been happier.

Newborn Daughter Taken Without Cause

On July 20th my newborn daughter had her first checkup with her pediatrician. At 1 pm someone was beating on my door so I opened it to find 2 caseworkers and a sheriff asking to enter my home. They entered my home and removed my child for medical neglect.

On July 22nd there was a hearing held at the Clay County Courthouse for the temporary placement of my newborn. We had another conversation before the detention hearing. Also recorded.

Baby Removed Based on Allegation Alone, No Evidence

This has been an uphill struggle for both of us. That little girl was never subjected to any type of medical abuse in our home. They removed her based solely upon allegations from another state that has never been sent to a Fact-Finding. I feel like they failed their investigation into this matter terribly.

I have been an Indiana resident for 30 years of my life. Also have been a parent for over 6 years and I feel like the state has failed in their job to protect my child. In the above statement, Kayla mentions that her youngest son was very sick at a newborn level and was having a lot of gastric issues. I am seeing the same trend with my newborn described by her accounts of her youngest son.

We continued by getting London checked out per our Pediatricians recommendations. Thank god she was ok. I have found many other families that have been subjected to this same doctor making allegations of MSBP a which I will add.

To whom it may concern,

I’m writing this letter for Kayla Holst and Dacota Straw concerning the cases for CPS in Washington and Indiana. The Washington case is solely Kayla Holst and her 3 oldest children Parker age 9, Eldon age 8, Coleman age 4. This case is based solely on the suggestion from a Pediatric doctor that Kayla is a danger to her kids because he suggests she has a mental disorder called Munchhausen’s by proxy. Munchhausen by proxy. (MSBP) is a mental health problem in which a caregiver makes up or causes an illness or injury in a person under his or her care, such as a child, an elderly adult, or a person who has a disability. Because vulnerable people are the victims, MSBP is a form of child abuse or elder abuse. According to him, Dr. Thomas J. Valvano suggested that she made or coerced the doctors to perform unnecessary surgeries and give unnecessary treatments and or medications for the purpose of getting attention. Now per Kayla’s court documents I’ve not read nor seen mention of the Pediatricians who have performed such unnecessary actions to the said children above ever being contacted or state that they to in fact concurred with the above named Dr. Thomas J. Valvano suggestions or even expressed concern that the children’s mother might be fabricating seeking attention. Furthermore, this entire case is based on the suggestion of the mother “MAY” have Munchausen by the proxy disorder. Upon looking into this case I discovered that Dr. Thomas J. Valvano is not a licensed Psychiatrist but a Pediatric doctor who self-proclaims to be a specialist in child abuse pediatrics with no specialty license/certificate as stated on the Oregon Medical Board of Licensee Services as seen here

So, this brings me to the question: Can he diagnose or even suggest that an adult woman may have a mental disorder other than saying maybe ADHA or ADD? The answer is no he cannot, he is to refer the child to a Psychiatrist, and then the Psychiatrist and Pediatric Dr can work together if need be and cannot diagnose an adult. But nowhere does it state a Pediatrician can see an adult or even suggest a diagnosis as stated here

Upon further research on Dr. Thomas J. Valvano, I discovered a case of malpractice “KESSLER v. Oregon Health & Science University” where Dr. Valvano and Dr. Powers had a lawsuit placed against them by Randy and Brenda Kessler. Plaintiffs had filed a complaint against OHSU and both doctors stated above by diagnosing Mrs. Kessler solely on hearsay and aloud unethical medical practices and staff to disclose private information. The Kessler’s wanted a written form of apology from Dr. Valvano and determinations of Sara Powers, they also requested $180k for pain, suffering, mental anguish, and emotional distress. It was also discovered that Dr. Valvano lied under oath in a court of law pertaining to this case. Dr. Valvano claimed the 11th amendment which bars citizens from bringing suits in Federal Court against a state or state agency unless its waved by the states or congress which is the only reason Dr. Valvano was able to file to have this lawsuit dismissed as seen here

This brings me to his standing in the public/former reviews/opinions that are below average at best for a PEDIATRICIAN. This also leads me to the questionable reasonings of the CPS deciding to use his views on ANY case. Furthermore, it brings me to question the morals of CPS in both states to ignore the above facts. Which brings me to the new case in Indiana regarding the new child (London), parents Kayla Holst and Dacota Straw had removed by CPS on the mere decisions coming from such a botched case in Washington. This couple’s child was taken at 4 days old considering the hunch/suggestions of Pediatric doctors who do not specialize in mental health disorders especially such a diverse disorder as MSBP. Also, Indiana to ignore not one but 2 reputable facilities of their choosing’s evaluations (Hamilton Center & Raintree Consulting, LLC.) to take the word of doctors who’ve never even seen the said mother and to practice outside of the range of their licenses. Now it is being stated that CPS in Indiana is asking for yet another psych evaluation done and if they have to do this then it should be a Psychiatrist of the parents choosing, being that they have done 2 previous evaluations at facilities chosen by CPS in Indiana. The above case in Washington has been drug out over a time period of 2 or more years which in fact should have been closed due to the facts presented above and the children returned to the mother but has yet trickled into Indiana causing yet another child to be taken away. This has detrimentally affected the mother who is and has been seeking treatment from a licensed therapist who has testified on her behalf. And it is continuing to cause the mother and father emotional distress, pain, and mental anguish to say the least.

At this time the court dates keep getting pushed further out which is leading to the disconnection of the bond between both parents and their newborn London that is now 5 months of age. Being taken at 4 days old for the assumption that the mother will cause harm to the baby due to the assumptions of a Doctor based solely on hearsay has caused not only the parents mental and emotional distress but also causing the baby to not have any bonding period with either parent which is a form of child abuse in itself. Not to mention the caseworker Eli Rockhill and the supervisor Michaela Lawrence dropping the ball and not setting up the father’s unsupervised visitation properly for almost 2 months. The 2 months of no visitation for the father has led to the baby not knowing him or them both missing vital bonding time for her to recognize him as her parent. As well as, the mother getting very limited time and missing the vital bonding time also.

You are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty and in this case, the parents are being made out to be criminals regarding abuse and neglect that has never occurred. And are being denied their sixth amendment right based solely on deeming it a civil matter.

The Child Protective Services is not following their own guidelines/regulations in this case. It was also stated by a former CPS worker with supervisor Stacy Rookesberry present that they had no grounds for removal of London and now said supervisor is refusing to give that worker’s name. In closing, I would like to say that our advocacy nonprofit group will be advocating the unjust system in handling these cases without factual evidence and information/data. We will continue to publicize this to make the public aware of how the system is failing these children and families. I took my children and We went to cape cod after speaking to someone about sharing an apartment out there that I had known a very long time. When I had managed to get out there It had turned out that the apartment was no longer an option so I took the rest of my money and spent it on hotels while trying to figure out where to go with my children until the money ran out. I took them to the hospital in Taunton on March 8th, 2017 so we were not outside and I asked someone to help contact DCF for help. When they came I explained that

I was about to be homeless and I didn’t want my children outside and I was requesting voluntary help so they were safe and living the way they should until I was able to get back on my feet.

They waited Until ALL 3 of my children were buckled into the car and then turned to me and said: ” oh we no longer do voluntary cases”. That is when things took a turn for the worst.

I ended up making service plans with Taunton DCF and I managed to get my children into one foster home of someone Who had even fostered me as a child. Due to sexual abuse on my children from my ex they had to remove my son and place him somewhere else and separate him from his sisters, which they didn’t even ask me if I had other options for his placement, My girls remained in WORCESTER at a foster home my son went into a TAUNTON foster home. I had begun dating my boyfriend and we were stable for almost a year and they were not HAPPY about that. His entire family has mandated reporters and they know what is acceptable for DCF standards. The entire time I was with him I worked multiple Jobs and I kept in contact with my children and Tried to Attend My visits constantly. Dcf had gone from saying my issue was homeless to adding things that were untrue. They tried to say my children were filthy when they picked them up, but that was disputed because a police officer that was present at the time dcf picked up the children came in and said no they were not, they were freshly bathed that morning and the only thing wrong was their clothes were hand-me-downs.

During my time on Cape Cod, the original goal was for reunification my service plan included seeking treatment for domestic violence, getting my Mass, id, therapy, getting a job, and numerous other goals. On my first visit, they were aware that I was in Cape cod and called me only an HOUR in advance to tell me I had a visit THAT day during summertime when tourist traffic is at its highest for cape cod. They expected me to get a ride and be at the visitation in under an hour knowing I was unable to and then marked me as missing my visit. The second visit I was 5 minutes late and I caught them trying to drive off right as I pulled up and my Social worker at the time Natasha Handley said that my kids were a handful and she couldn’t handle them and didn’t want to wait, thankfully she took them out and let me have our visit. Natasha Hadley and I were never really on the same page and disagreed a lot, it had come to a point where she even went as far as saying word for word “you worked three full-time jobs you were never home enough to stop the sexual abuse you might as well of molest them yourself”. At which point I did threaten her with words. While Natasha was my worker a bunch of things went wrong she refused to help me with any services I asked for, no to referrals, no to a parent aid and no to even helping with housing. She has also threatened my new boyfriend’s mother regarding her youngest daughter by saying “Don’t use Tiffany as a baby sitter Id hate to see dcf get involved in your life.”. While Natasha was still my worker she did not call me regarding my son who had a medical emergency resulting in him needing stables in his head, I had only found out during a visit when I had felt them over a week later. When I asked her why she hadn’t informed me her excuse was she had something come up and she forgot to make the call. My case ended up being transferred to the Plymouth office where I was going to get a new worker, during the transfer she decided to put paperwork in to change the goal to adoption and didn’t even tell me the goal was changed I found out from another worker I got after the transfer Named Beatrice, She met me once and that was it, I called and emailed for 2 almost 3 months straight wondering where Beatrice was and I was then informed Beatrice was no longer with them after I had called a few times and leaving messages which included me asking about my visits because I was unable to get a hold of anyone to confirm visits. They did not inform me the visitation center changed to a different location in Fall River Ma and that resulted in me losing visits with my children for up to three months which they tried to blame me for it.

I ended up getting assigned a new worker named Tanya Hackett, who was very honest and helpful, she got me my visits back quickly once she took over. Tanya ended up giving me parent aid after a judge ordered it, DCF lied in court and said that I have been refusing help with any kind of assistance when it was on record that I had in fact been asking for help. They finally got me a parent aid, had a Plymouth housing coordinator reach out to me, and speak about housing, and gave me housing applications for cape cod. I was told that If I had a letter stating I were to get my children back I would be able to get into family housing, but DCF refused before and After the goal change. During my time with Tanya Hackett things started to escalate very badly,

My daughter told me she was threatened by Kathleen Garrity the adoption worker who said: “tell your mommy to stop fighting for you or you’ll never see her again”.

This was witnessed by the director of the supervision center When I brought this up they refused to give me her name which I later found out to be Kate Garrity and told me, that it was essentially a lie and they could do nothing about it and refused to actually investigate this matter or even get a new adoption worker for my kids when I begged them too. Kate Garrity went to my daughter and asked her “why did you tell your mommy this” which of course any small child is going to be afraid of and intimated by so she lied out of fear and said she didn’t. During my time with Tanya Hackett DCF has started to treat me like I was abusive and a drug addict, I have never been abusive and I smoke cigarettes and used to smoke marijuana, They have refused to let me even speak to my children’s doctors about family medical history when I asked and their reasoning was “we don’t feel it’s appropriate”, My children’s behavior has drastically changed for the worse while in DCF care. My son was the sweetest three-year-old when he went in, he had no anger issues, was a normal active toddler, and was very much a “mommas boy”, since he has been in DCF care he has changed into a child with violent tendencies, and anger issues, at visits he has screamed he hates me and thrown fits and says his foster mom says she is his mom now and I am no longer his mother,

They have him on high dosages of a medicine claiming he is hyperactive and the foster mother can’t even remember the name or even how many milligrams they are.

My daughter was diagnosed with autism In Indiana, and they refuse to treat her like she is and says she isn’t, she has been kicked out of multiple daycares and schools because they cannot handle her meltdowns which they just refer to as her misbehaving, they have put her on a medicine called Ritalin last I was aware I warned them NOT to because I have a history of lashing out while I was prescribed Ritalin as a child and they said I could not even explain this to her doctor because they felt it wouldn’t be appropriate.

My daughter isn’t sure what is going on and is very confused. The girl’s foster mother was my foster mother as well at one point and I believe I made a mistake in trusting her, she Has wanted another child to adopt since I was in her care, I had a pregnancy scare and she seemed almost excited and said she would adopt the baby as hers that way she isn’t forced to downgrade her public housing to a 2 bedroom. The foster mother has talked to me threw out the entire time DCF has been involved and even refers to MY DAUGHTERS as hers when they aren’t, she has posted pictures of my children online and plastered their faces all over Facebook for the world to see claiming they are hers and even videos. She calls them her babies but they aren’t, My daughters have called her mommy since day one which DCF has heard and been aware of but they choose to ignore it.

The foster mother has called me and let me speak to the girls, she has constantly complained about my autistic daughter and how she cannot handle her, but won’t say this to DCF because she has a weird fixation on adopting my oldest daughter. Claiming my oldest daughter is her twin and her mini-me. and she is now only willing to adopt both so she can get one, she has told me if she gets to adopt my children she wants to be the social security pay-e for my daughter’s disability checks and replace everything in her home my daughter has broken not even to use it for my daughter. She has told my daughters that

I do not call and has let me call them less and less,

at a visit my oldest daughter asked me upset why I don’t call them anymore where I was honest and said I try to all the time but the foster mother doesn’t answer or call me back and my daughter seemed confused.

The foster mother Has said things to me in confidence without the girls in hearing range about HER concerns and somehow my oldest daughter is now saying them which means the foster mother is filling my Childs head with things she shouldn’t be. I am married now to my husband and we have a 1-year-old son together. When I first met my husband they liked him immediately. My husband was told he was not allowed to be involved in visits, so when I had them he will stay off to the side and not involve himself, My children RUN up to him and say Hi and try and hug him, he says hi and then tells them to come to me and follows directions to not be involved, I asked my kids what they thought if I was to marry him my oldest daughter was very excited and said she liked him a lot and he treats me well. Recently, the foster mother has started to tell me my oldest is afraid of my husband due to his facial piercings, because they reminded her of my ex from Indiana and That my husband has a nose ring and it scares her, I choose to not respond to that because something seemed off that Wanda was saying that. My abusive ex never had any piercings and my husband doesn’t and never has had his nose pierced. I asked my oldest at a visit and she looked very confused and said “but your ex didn’t have piercings mommy, he only had tattoos ” and that she was not afraid of her husband.

During court, my daughter testified she was afraid of everything the foster mother had mentioned to me in confidence. HER concerns were now coming out of my daughter’s mouth which means the

foster mother and the adoption worker had coached my daughter on what to say during court.

She was suddenly not calling my mom and referred to me by my name She suddenly was terrified of my husband and his non-existing nose ring, and she suddenly only wanted to see me two times a year. My daughter has been emotionally abused to the point she doesn’t know what to say and is afraid to speak out and is doing what she is told, She has been threatened and coached into speaking against me when she has NEVER been against me. After court when my attorney made it a point in front of the judge that my daughter seemed to be coached at the last and final court trial date. Over a week later suddenly some new allegations are now being investigated and my daughter is now saying I supposedly gave her a cigarette at 5 years old and told her to “smoke this and calm down ” and that I watched my ex molest her and I supposedly knew all about it. My daughter has had 2 forensic interviews done and has stayed with the same story up until RIGHT before the judge made her choice on if my kids are to return home to me, I believe the foster mother and adoption worker is coaching her on what to say and scaring her into saying it. I no longer have Tanya Hackett as my worker, I have a newer worker named Meg Rotty through DCF. DCF has even tried to file a 51 A regarding my son with my husband and their reasoning was my furniture was not white so they can’t tell if it’s clean or not which was thrown out and dismissed almost immediately. I have multiple witnesses who have heard the unprofessional way dcf has conducted this case over the last few years and they are all willing to stand up for me.

I need to back up to May 20th, 2019. that weekend dad picked up a child for a weekend visit. Sunday, May 19th dad refused to bring chid home to mom. ( i have a text message from dad stating he his not going to bring him home just to be shipped off)
I can not sleep that night, so I go to my computer and play Klondike on Facebook. I get a notification that a friend commented on dad’s status. I check it out. I see the post and see a video of my grandson at the bottom of a slide at the park. I click the video. My heart raced and started crying. ( still have a copy of the video) I called Valparaiso Indiana police at 1:24 am. I was told what I saw in the video and I believe the child could be hurt. The child is 14 months old. I was told that the police would do a well-baby check. 1:48 am a female police officer calls me and says the baby is fine. I kept asking questions until she told me she can not talk to me anymore and a supervisor can call me back. 2:17 am Supervisor calls me back.. I found out from him no one looked on the child and the mother of the dad would not let the police in.

Who is required to report child abuse or neglect?

Indiana is a mandatory reporting state; anyone who suspects a child has been neglected or abused must by state law make a report.

taken right from DCS Monday, May 20th my fiancee took the morning off of work, drove to Valparaiso Indiana to hire my daughter a lawyer. Scott Wangenblast out of Valparaiso. The first order of business was to get the child returned to the mom. Dad brings the child home later that week.

CPS never looked at any evidence, questioned me, when I called up the CPS office in Valparaiso and spoke to her caseworker Spencer I told her who I was how much time I spent with the child told her I have text messages that dad tried to kill himself when my daughter told him she was leaving him, messages from a few years back when he told people he had cancer and way dying( that was a lie he told people he had 6 months to live)
My daughter took her classes when to a therapist she did what she had to do. Supervised visits, me and my fiancee were even approved to go on visits. Any time we could go visit we did my fiancee would take the morning off of work.
February 2020. Unsupervised visits cps would drop off the child during the day and pick up the child at night. End of February 2020 unsupervised visits with overnights.. The child would be by mom Monday morning until Thursday at about noon.
COVID hits ( APPOX early March 2020). CPS can not do transports… Dad drops off the child Monday mornings and mom and boyfriend drop the child off at dads on Thursdays.
April 5th, 2020. dad texts mom that his house has to be quarantined for 10 days due to his girlfriend being pregnant and his cancer is back ( he never had cancer).. April 11th dad posts on Facebook “Took the little monsters to the beach this afternoon.” Tagged Indiana national dunes park. can’t get a hold of CPS everything is shut down due to COVID.
August 2020. CPS does home inspection at dad’s house. The caseworker witnesses the child hurt himself result in a black eye. The caseworker tells my daughter they plan on closing the case just waiting for courts to open.
Middle August 2020.. mom goes to work, the child is left with the boyfriend and the child falls down the stairs outside, scrapes bruises and the other eye is now black. CPS believes mom and boyfriend did not hurt child, mom was at work. Come Monday dad drops the child off at moms…
Sunday, September 13th, 2020.. dad drops the child off at mom’s since dad’s girlfriend is in labor.
September 17th, 2020 Mom took the child and boyfriend’s son ( 3) to the park before nap time .. the boys had fun. Naptime, mom getting ready for work. The boyfriend comes home. As mom is walking out the door the boyfriend puts the child in his bedroom ( the child’s room ) so he doesn’t see mom leave for work. The child gets very sad broken-hearted when mom has to leave for work. The boyfriend calls me to video chat with the child. The child acts normally when mom is at work. Not talking not having fun with the funny faces you can make.. just quiet with a sad face. The boyfriend brings the child’s cup to him.. the child is holding the phone in one hand and the cup in the other. The child just does not want to come out of his room.. the boyfriend’s son wakes up from nap brings scooby -snacks to the child .. he holds the phone in one hand eats Scooby- snacks in the other… After 41 mins video chatting with the chid mom’s boyfriend walks into the bedroom and says its time to eat dinner. I ask the child if he’s hungry he says “yes” the only word he spoke the whole time… The boyfriend and I both say after dinner he can call me again…..
6:58 pm. My daughter texts me and tells me the child’s arm is broken the child is at his dad’s house.
Sunday, September 20, 2020. 6:56 pm my daughter calls me crying saying CPS just showed up at her work and it’s her fault.
For some reason, CPS is blaming my daughter even when her boyfriend said on both accounts she was not at home.

Meet Melody (arrested )

Father Trafficking Children

The children claimed that their father would wake them up in the middle of the night. And take them to their grandfather’s barn, across the street. Where they and their friends would sexually and physically abuse them. 

Sexual Abuse Ignored

Mother contacted CPS and law enforcement, and after a 15 minute cursory interview with no proper investigation, they dismissed the children’s allegations as “vivid imaginations.”

Mother Protects Children

In order to keep her children safe. Mother left with her children and found an attorney, Sam McLure. 

“Substantiated Evidence”

After looking into her case, Sam McLure found substantiated evidence supporting Mother and the children’s claims.  During that time. The Father convinced a judge in Stafford County to deem Mother and her 2 oldest daughters, mentally unstable.

No Mental Eval for Abusive Father

With no mental or psychological evaluations and no past mental illnesses in their medical records. 

Judge Orders Return of Children

Her children were ordered to be returned to Father’s custody.

Mother Refuses

Mother refused to return her children. US marshals were enlisted. In Fathers hunt for his wife and children.  Eight 8 months later, in February 2020. Mother and her children were found in Indiana. The children were returned to their father.

Mother Arrested 

She’s been charged with 1 felony and 4 misdemeanors.  Since her arrest. More victims have come forward, but refuse to testify, out of fear. 

Free Melody

Mother is currently incarcerated. At the Rappahannock Regional Jail in Stafford County, Virginia. Where she awaits her trial in September.
