On September 4th, 2018, my children were removed from my care.

I Did Everything Right

After 22 long agonizing months I gained an in home plan with my children. They returned to my physical care on June 30th, 2020. The original safety plan was dated incorrectly. It was dated June 3rd, 2020.

I Got Both Kids Back!

My daughter was returned 1st. I had her home for 3 weeks before they returned my son. The original safety plan for my daughter had no stipulations to it. On July 17th when they returned my son. It also came with another safety plan. But this time with a long list of stipulations.

Unfounded Claims

Today, August 24th, 2020, my caseworker, Sarah Wanamaker of Crook County DHS called me at 2:14 p.m. She wanted to come up here and discuss last weekend with me.

Children Removed 2nd Time

At approximately 3:30 p.m. she showed up at my door. I looked out my window and only saw her. I open the door and two Crook County deputies stepped out into my view. Deputy Bottoms and Deputy Sanchez.

No Due Process

Miss Wanamaker asked me where my children were. She said they needed to go outside with her coworker Elise. While she comes in and has a conversation with me.

“mommy please don’t let them take us…”

My children did not want to go outside. They said “mommy please don’t let them take us away, we want to stay with you.”

At 4:07 p.m. August 24th 2020. I was forced to load my children into the DHS vehicle and buckle them in. I was instructed to tell them everything’s OK, and to not aggravate my children. I was instructed to tell them “they were going to the Foster parents home for a few days.” And everything was going to be OK.

I was told I would be contacted August 25th, 20202. To let me know what visitation would look like. I wasn’t handed anything. No documentation. No court order. and no warrants. Just told that I had violated the safety plan and that she was taking my children back into custody.

My Peer Support Counselor

Upon them leaving. I immediately called my peer support counselor. Who rushed to my side to comfort me and help me come up with a plan. Per my peer support counselor who did an immediate home visit. She said I had self regulated and was doing very well emotionally and mentally. She also stated. That she has seen me several times over the past 2 months. And has not seen any red flags.

False Allegation

Miss Wanamaker stated her reason for taking my children was I had abused staff at my community partners building. That she had many, many complaints from the facility where I receive mental health treatment. She would not say who I had supposedly abused or mistreated just that she had many many complaints and emails.

Zero Complaints from Peer Group

My peer support worker who works for this said facility. Said that she reached out to her boss and my entire support team. And none of them have any clue what this case worker is talking about. There has been zero complaints about me. I have nothing but positive reports and notes from all of the people that I work with.

I live in NC . NC cps is the worse the judges let them have all the authority to do whatever if they wanna do!! And they use the police to intimidate and scare the parents!!

Hell they took my babies WITHOUT A WARRANT!! They lied and said they had one but didn’t!! I have proof!! They didn’t get one until already having custody of my babies for almost a month!!! And that warrant wasn’t even filed properly!! A judge didn’t sign it the clerk of court did!! And wasn’t given a copy or told I could appeal it!! Hell I didn’t know they were so damn corrupt but as I’ve found it …they are the most corrupt ppl out there!!

Buncha criminals running around kidnapping children and selling them to the highest bidder!!

My baby girl had a black eye on our first visit (they said she tripped and got it lolz) my next to the youngest daughter had a pump knot on her forehead that had a gash, she tied a string around her knee and tried to kill herself (while in their custody) they didn’t tell me bout that till 3 months had passed!!

My son got molested by a 16 year old and the social worker called him a liar and swore under oath “he got caught sucking another boys penis” she didn’t mention the other boy was 16 almost 17 years old!!! That’s molestation!! They punished my son by sending him away to a pray away the gay camp pretty much (they call it a therapeutic home lolz) my son is 12 btw!!

Oh and my 10 year old son ran away 14 times and cps NEVER not one time reported it to the police!! The last time he ran away was the last time my daughters have seen him!!! They say they supposedly sent him to go live with his brother but damn they won’t say where and won’t prove it!!! It worries me bc I’ve heard horror stories of how kids run away and are never found again and cps covers it up!!

It’s hard for me to sleep at night bc I’m constantly worried bout my babies!!!

And to beat it all I haven’t been allowed to have ANY contact whatsoever with my babies for the past 2 years!!! Only way I found out about all this shit is my oldest daughter FaceTimed me on FB and said “momma you need to call the cops” and told me bout my sons etc…. and said my little girls were being bullied and abused by their “house parents” !!!!

Of course I called the police but they didn’t even investigate it!!

So I brought it up in court and was called a liar by cps and my daughter was punished so now she’s pissed at me for telling and blocked me on FB!!!

I’m so exhausted by all this idk wtf to do now!!!

All I know is that I’ve filed a civil lawsuit against the cps workers and judge!! Hopefully I will win and get them back SOON!!

Oh and I was granted an appeal at the appeals court but that was in may of 2019 and bc of corona idk wtf is going to happen or when it will be!!

This needs to stop!!

We need to be our/their families voices that can be heard the world over!!

If I told you my whole story I promise….it would take way entirely too long but I am DEMANDING justice for our families I’m fed up!! A few hours later DCFS Macoupin County Illinois show up at the friends home that I ran to. They threatened me many times that they would take my son although I had removed myself from the abusive home. They made me call anyone I knew to take my son. Finally, she allowed my son to stay with me. With the condition of a safety plan of my friend. Months went by before my case was closed but I was found guilty of neglect.

Fast forward 2 years ago.

My ex goes to jail for driving with no license for 10 days. Comes home and chooses to throw my son and myself out in the middle of winter a week before Christmas and after just losing the only parent I had. My mother. We reluctantly leave and move in with an older female friend.

Divorce papers on the way from him to me. Drug history violent past etc. Things get bad. Father refuses to help in any way I have zero support transportation and end up several times falling for the ex’s games moving in and getting kicked out of his home. I end up on our sons 7th birthday, a mess he has come back once again after 3 days of disappearing with his pregnant girlfriend kicking us out.

His homosexual neighbors seemingly having pity see the ordeal and take us in 2 days and kicked us out. Come to find out one of the gentlemen had molested my son.

So divorce day.

After consistent calling and begging cps for help as I was homeless with my son with empty promises to put me in government housing.

Father and I come to first time agreement to let son spend 1 night at father’s home with the promise return next day.

Following day at 11 am return time heated discussion over son staying again. With me disagreeing. He hangs up after telling me to fuck off. I’ll not see him again.

7 days go by calls from me to cps about father not returning son. With history they knew already. They say my son is fine and refuse to help me. Stating that father and I had nothing from court to go by as far as custody??

I end up starting to self medicate with drugs. Meth/ice to be exact due to horrible thoughts fear nightmares of my child and heartbreaking moments as I’d NEVER been without my child 7 years!! Before I finally get help from Safe Families Macoupin County Illinois.

I get a Order of Protection and father goes into hiding with son after 2 days of fighting Virden Illinois pd they finally get home to release son.

3 days before court I’d been using steadily until I got my son home. Home being a camper.

Divorce hearing, ex with huge history of drug abuse violence domestic violence and my home being a camper due to no family support nothing, and we go to court where he somehow gives a clean drug test and of course I failed. This all with his drug addict pregnant gf in hand. Court ends.

I’m furious never asking or receiving help nothing ex lies I go back to camper where sons court appointed attorney is to visit to see living conditions. I call son’s father and beg him to help out of fear they will take my baby. After fighting arguing and begging he finally agrees.

Just to call dcfa to meet him at er where he’s pretend father of the year is taking son to get a check up. They take my son without my knowledge and give temp custody to father.

Okay here’s our story Mother & Father from Logan County West Virginia just wanted the whole world to know Our Devastating CPS Story. It begun October 4th, 2018 approximately around 2:30 PM Eastern time CPS workers of Logan County West Virginia Workers Mrs. Tina McKinney Harris and Chrissy Farmer of D.H.H.R CPS in Logan Wv came to my home with two West Virginia State Police and got a call earlier that morning that myself ( Brittney Conley) had been psychically abused and beaten by my husband Jeremy Conley and so were my two daughters which was a Total Black Bawl Face Lie and no evidence were shown, no signs of abuse nor neglect and also the 2 state police even agreed with us parents as well the state troopers were Trooper Stowers & Trooper Boggs of Logan West Virginia State Police Dept. But main guy doing the investigation was Trooper Stowers and he even repetitively told CPS workers multiple times He sees nothing showing signs of abuse nor neglect and that Our Home was beautiful and clean he used the word Immaculate for my home and plenty of food babies had nice clothing and plenty of clothes they didn’t have a samt for nothing, Yes we had our times sometimes where ends were hard to be meet based on low income but our Daughter’s had everything they ever needed and more importantly they were never abused or neglected by any way but CPS worker Tina and Chrissy went down to the school West Grade in Chapmanville Wv in Logan County where our daughter which was 7 yr old at the time of the removal was interrogated by both CPS workers at her school approximately 11 am that morning at the school and kept her inside a very small room in the school for almost 2 and a half hours interrogating our daughter with no other adult present or police or neither did us parents get contacted about their visit at the school and I have a witness principal Mrs. Mia Gordon from West Grade School had even said the baby girl was demanded to go into a room without anyone but 2 social workers from CPS and interrogated our child for 2 and a half hours the principal said she could hear our daughter from the next room over screaming and crying repeatedly saying no mommy and daddy dont hurt me or my sissy I can’t say they hurt us when they don’t and I ain’t supposed to talk to strangers my mom and dad said and CPS workers replied to our daughter you are to say they hurt you and your father hurts your mom or you’ll never see your mom and dad again our 7 yr old daughter replied; Well I don’t know I am not saying they hurt me and mom isn’t getting beat by daddy well needless to say they switched the story of their confrontation of our Daughter’s interview up and made it look like she said it and it did not happen. What happen was daughter 1 and daughter 2 were asleep on 10/3/18 that night around 9:30 PM and my husband and I had a disagreement that took place over a pair of socks and I told my husband Jeremy he didn’t pick his socks up outta the floor and put in dirty hamper that night and I’m a OCD FREAK & I Told him I would kill him if he didn’t pick them up that second well so happenly daughter 1 had awoken and heard it take place in my Bed* Room and she was going towards the bathroom to go pee-pee that night and heard mommy tell daddy I’d kill him over them socks so I explained it was a figure of speech.

And she ended up going to school next morning and told her teacher she had to call and check on daddy that mommy was going to kill daddy over a pair of socks daddy left on living room floor when he went fishing and come home laid his socks on mommy’s floor and mom got mad and said she’s kill dad so she wanted to call and check on mom and dad she told the teacher and teacher was forced to call cps due to protocall of CPS and schools rules in Wv when they called CPS arrived and took daughter 1 into that classroom and horrified our 7 yr old daughter without notifying us or grandparents no phone call was made to the family just a knock on our door at 2;30pm that afternoon 10/4/2018
So Kids and ourselves and state police, also grandpa of the kids told CPS workers numerous times they are not abused by their father or myself or neither was I abused by their dad my husband and that was still not enough even Wvsp Trooper Stowers was in tears he told Tina McKinney Harris and Chrissy Farmer the cps workers that was here at our home that day of October 4 2018 and still never listened, They didn’t have any evidence or no signs, proof or anything even our 2 daughters daughter 1 age 7 at the time and daughter 2 age 5 at the time even told the cps workers no mommy and daddy don’t beat them or mommy or daddy don’t beat each other and the CPS workers interviewed me the mother and demanded me to lie and twist my story and say my husband was severally abusive and we weren’t safe in the home and they wanted me too file false charges and lie to get him arrested for the false abuse on me and my kids and to pack mine and girls clothes and go to a shelter in bluefield wv or I’ll never lay eyes on my children again so I repeatedly acted out and crying and saying absolutely not I will not lie my husband is a great husband and especially a wonderful father to our daughters I’d be damned to press fake charges so needless to say they took my babies without a warrant and just had given us 4 pieces of paper of a temporary emergency 72 hour removal papers that were demanded back to the CPS of Logan County Wv by cps workers Mr Charles Thorton & Tina McKinney Harris and said if we didn’t we’ll never get so much of a visit or phone call and we’ll never get our kids back so needless to say I the mother returned our emergency temporary papers back to the workers 5 days later after the removal of our babies and that papers were our copy and they lied and said printer was down at cps office and needed mine and remind yourself 5 DAYS AFTER THE REMOVAL & NEVER

RETURNED THEM OR NEITHER IN THE COURT CASE FILE THEY’VE HAD TO BEEN DESTROYED DUE TO THE WEST VIRGINIA STATE LAW OF THE REMOVAL WAS NOT FOLLOWED THEY HAD 48 HOURS TO FILE A PETITION INTO THE CIRCUIT COURT AND NEVER DID UNTIL 10/9/2018 & REMOVAL WAS 10/4/2018 & ALSO OLDEST DAUGHTER HAD SUFFERED PSYCHOLOGICAL DAMAGE SEVERALLY DUE TO THE REMOVAL THEY HAVE HAD SCABIES 3-4 TIMES WHILE IN FOSTER CARE AND ALSO FEBRUARY 5 2019 WE HAD SUPERVISED VISIT AT NECCO IN LOGAN WV AND DAUGHTER 2 OUR YOUNGEST WALKED INTO THE VISIT ROOM AND AUTOMATICALLY WE SEEN DAUGHTER 2 HAD A VERY BAD TEMPERATURE THE BABY WAS LITERALLY ON FIRE AND ME THE MOTHER HAD TO ARGUE WITH THE WORKER AT THE SUPERVISED VISIT AT NECCO LAURA MAYNARD IS HER NAME TO BE EXACT AND FINALLY I WALKED OUT AND WENT TO DOLLAR STORE AND GOT A THERMOMETER AND MOTRIN AND POPSICLES WENT BACK TOOK DAUGHTER 2 TEMPERATURE IT WAS 103.6 TO BE EXACT AND APPROX. 20 TO 30 MINUTES LATER SHE STARTS BURSTING OUT INTO TEARS AND WOULDN’T STOP AND SAID EXACTLY MOMMY AND DADDY MY PRIVATE PART HURTS MOM YOU KNOW MY BUSINESS AREA WHICH I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT ME AND HER DAD ASKED THE WORKER LAURA MAYNARD TO LET ME THE THE MOTHER TAKE HER TO THE RESTROOM BECAUSE OUR DAUGHTER WAS TREMBLING CRYING NON STOP SAYING SOMEBODY TOUCHED HER IN THE PRIVATE AT HER FOSTER HOME AND DO YOU BELIEVE NOTHING WAS DONE DIDN’T TAKE DAUGHTER 2 TO THE DOCTOR TIL 9 DAYS LATER AND IMPORTANTLY DIDN’T EVEN DOCUMENT INTO THEIR CHART AT THE VISIT OR NEITHER WAS IT BROUGHT UP TO THE JUDGE AND FOR PARENTS THAT LOVE THEIR CHILDREN UNCONDITIONALLY DOESN’T JUST TAKE THAT KIND OF INFORMATION AND NOT ACT UPON IT SO WE WERE LIVID SO VERY PISSED OFF AND NOTHING EVER WAS DONE, AND NEITHER DID WE EVER GET ANY LEAD WAY AFTER COMPLETING EVERYTHING WE JUMPED THRU ALL THE HOOPS DRUG TEST PASSED ALL, MARRIAGE COUNSELING. D.V COUNSELING, THERAPIST VISITS , PSYCHOLOGIST VISITS AND EVERYTHING THEY’VE ASKED WE DONE NO UNSUPERVISED VISITS WAS EVER GIVEN HAVEN’T HEARD OR SEEN BABIES IN OVER 11 MONTH’S OR NEVER HAD DONE A THING TO CAUSE VISITS OR PHONE CALLS TO END THEIR REASON FOR IT WAS IF I DROPPED LAWSUIT I CAN COMMUNICATE WITH OUR CHILDREN JUST BECAUSE WE DIDN’T WE GOT VISITS, PHONE CALLS AND JANUARY 14 2020 GOT OUR RIGHTS TERMINATED WE R FIGHTING PRO SE AND GOT ACCEPTED INTO COURT OF APPEALS IN MARCH BUT DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC STUFF GOING ON EVERYTHING HAD DELAYED OUR HEARING AT SUPREME COURT I AM MAILING OUR BRIEF TOMORROW WHICH IS DUE MONDAY I AM ASKING FOR AN ORAL ARGUMENT DUE TO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS FUNDAMENTAL LIBERTY RIGHTS PARENTAL RIGHTS BEING SO VIOLATED IN THE WORST EXTENT IT HAS BEEN A ROLLERCOASTER RIDE AND HOPEFULLY THIS LETTER WILL HELP ME GET HELP BECAUSE WE ARE A LOW INCOME FAMILY CAN’T AFFORD A PAID ATTORNEY THAT HAS HAD OUR BABIES RIPPED AWAY DUE TO CPS WANTING TO KIDNAP OUR CHILDREN FOR PROFIT AND US PARENTS WILL NEVER QUIT FIGHTING THIS UNTIL THE JUSTICE IS SERVED COMPLETELY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY PARENTAL RIGHTS REVERSED AND CHILDREN RETURNED IMMEDIATELY WHEN COURT HRG. TAKES PLACE AT SUPREME COURT.

In This Brief Letter

I will outline a timeline. In the end, I will provide the source of all the information. It’s not my intention to have you read this letter and accept that everything I say is the gospel. It’s my understanding that in the position you have been given you would do the research and find the truth for yourselves.

The Abuse

Marco and Carol and our family members were my abusers and handlers for five years straight.

Geena

Pain is real not just in the physical. True pain is from the soul. You perfect in your body nothin is broken. Your mind is a different story. Nothing mattered when it came to me.

When I was pregnant with my daughter. I Disc Jockeyed at the club. I danced all the way up until I was showing. It was embarrassing and degrading. I was ashamed of my pregnancy because it meant that I was used I looked used. Never did I stop to think about the perverse side effects stripping at four months pregnant. Eventually, it was a bad look for the club so when I really started to show. I became the club’s first female DJ. This was fun for me because I got to listen to music. I didn’t have to get on the stage anymore. And I could chastise people on a microphone that amplified through the whole building. I was a rancid mean girl. Because I was pregnant. and my so-called job entailed.

All the money that I made they collected on a nightly basis. Was never allowed to have my own money. Never allowed to leave our home. Unless they knew where I was going. Who I would be with. I worked at bachelor parties, birthday parties, and many other horrible events. All in compliance with Carol and Marco‘s demands.

Those demands include being forced into a second-trimester abortion. They took me to a hotel room. The abortion and room were paid for by Carol on her credit card. Under Marco’s orders. My abortion was the straw that broke the camel’s back. After the abortion, I completely flipped out.

For six months I did not talk to anyone or leave their house. I can go into this in further detail later. It is hard to convey the level of evil this family is willing to enact for monetary gain. They have blatant disrespect for women and see them as commodities. They objectify women for their own profits.

Rough draft part 2

 we got into a fight

Driving to fantasies 1911 E. 15th Ave. fantasies on fifth. The devils drinking hole. I was tired of him flirting with women right in front of me. It was blatantly obvious that he was having sex with these girls, and he always rubbed it in my face. And the first day I did they made me see why I didn’t want to be there in the first place. Nothing was ever good enough. As they sit there and judge me while I’m naked in the office. All I could think about is how stuck I was. I wanted to move out of my handler‘s house. I did not want to be with Marco anymore in any capacity. But I had two kids and nowhere to go I had to get myself together. I started doing tons of sit ups 500 sit ups a day I still couldn’t lose the baby weight. They pushed me into getting my implants not necessarily with a gun. But what the horrible comments they would make and tell me. You look rode hard and put away wet your body is not bouncing back. It looks like you’ve had a football team of children your stretch marks you need to go tanning. You need to tighten up your stomach. You can’t eat that remember you’re on a diet. But I kept trying I kept doing my sit ups I cut my calories I tanned every day that I could. Until the day came that they let me know I would be going to get implants. I’ve never had surgery. But I was tired of being charged so I did it. When I went down to Utah with the doctor of choice by the handlers. He was a nice doctor it was a beautiful clinic he did a great job. Thankfully my doctor was a good person I can say that much. However at the time I got my implants I was pregnant that’s right I was pregnant again and I had no idea. And that is why I could not get rid of the fat around my stomach I wasn’t actually fat it was a baby. My handler Marco was insatiable and demanded sex and if he didn’t get it whenever you want to date the verbal abuse. physical abuse was worse. I did whatever he wanted I said whatever his mother wanted I just wanted to be loved and to feel a part of the family. And my little head I thought if I did what they wanted I would one day be appreciated maybe even respected as a family member. That is not what happened I was more like cattle along with the other girls I was treated like cattle. After I got my implants I could not get rid of the weight because remember it wasn’t weight it was a baby I didn’t find out I was pregnant until I was about for five months pregnant The reason for this is because I continue to have. They were light and I thought because I just had a baby And surgery but maybe my periods were going to be unusual for a while. I didn’t know much about my body because I left home at 13 and I really didn’t have a mother. Carol Partments my handler what’s the closest I ever came to my mother. Which is just so twisted because she is as evil as Evil can get. Long story short I was pregnant at the time of my surgery and I didn’t find out until I started hemorrhaging. I began hemorrhaging at my handler Marco‘s house he flipped out who is completely irate. One quick phone call to his mother. Because that’s what Marco does he rides on his mother’s coattails nothing happens without running it past his mom. All of us girls were herded around like cattle for the meat grinder. He let his mother know what had happened. He threw his car keys at me told me to take myself to the doctor not to get any blood on the seat. I told him I didn’t know where to go. I was crying and hemorrhaging my pants were soaked with blood out of nowhere I didn’t understand what was going on with my body I was really scared. I was going to see The doctor I had been seeing for years the doctor that delivered my son and my daughter. Meet The Author

For the six months I refused to go out of the basement I completely lost my mind. This was due to the fact that I had absolutely no time to think about having this abortion. In fact I had no choice at all it was not up to me. Was told that if I did not have the abortion. I’d be kicked out of the house. I would have no job.

Marco also made it perfectly clear that he would be keeping all of my belongings right down to my personal hygiene products!!! And that he would be keeping our daughter GG. Me and my son would be out on the streets and have to fend for ourselves.

Furthermore this had to be done within a 24 hour period. Mind you I was five months pregnant. The abortion went wrong and I wound up having the baby in the motel room. Marco did something with this baby, it is my word against his.

When I came back home I continued to hear a baby crying so much so that I could not sleep and I had to listen to headphones. I would listen to Metallica S&M. I would listen to Metallica every night to go to sleep because I would hear a baby crying. Clear as day I would hear a baby crying and I would run up the stairs into the bedroom where my daughter would be soundly asleep.

Marco and Carol couldn’t have cared less. They left me to rot away in the basement of that house. All they would ever talk to me about was when would I be ready to return to work!!

They were threatening to separate me from my children. Also from what was left of my own moral compass. What was left of my sanity. Things got worse. Marco and Carol decided to Sue the abortion company. At this point I was beyond disgusted. In my eyes this was blood money and I could not believe their audacity.

You’re not supposed to hate people and they say hate is a strong word. After what Marco and Carol did to me I hate them so much I could never begin to put into words.

Anyway, they made me sign a document, some kind of release, and as soon as I signed the documents they served me with court papers on my daughter.

They sued this abortion company for God knows how much money. Marco took a vacation with his brother while I wrote down everything anyway in the basement crying myself to sleep on a regular basis every night.

Carol was happy with the way things turned out. She took my two children for herself. The plan was to separate me from the kids and just get rid of me. And for a while it worked for a long time. I couldn’t even be around my daughter without crying and thinking about what I had done. It was hard to look my son in the face and know that I killed a baby.

People Say abortion but at five months when you can tell the sex and you have to give the baby a heart attack before you even rip the child out of the womb. It really hit me hard because it brought back memories of what my mother did with my little sisters. Even now 20 years later it makes me cry. It also makes me hate myself. When I think about what I did I can still hear a baby crying clear as day, I hear this baby crying. I used to think it was my little sister. The baby Marco and Carol forced me to murder.

I can’t blame them 100% because I laid down on the table and did what I did. Sometimes if I’m lucky I can go a couple of days without thinking about what happened.

Dealing with all this drama

Except recently, dealing with all of this drama again, has brought back all kinds of memories I cannot shake away. And the crying… The only way that I can explain it is that I hear a baby crying. Sometimes I have to drown out the sound of the crying with music. I can’t really sleep unless I’m listening to something. It’s loud, not something that can easily drown it out.

Reliving this even now is total and complete torture. I regret killing my baby. It should’ve never happened. It did and now I have to move forward and I cannot just sit here and cry.

Office of Children Service’s

The Office of Children Service’s put me in a position where I have to deal with people that forced me to kill an unborn baby. They were very much aware of the fact that Carol and Marco were my abusers. And that I will forever believe they have been abusing my daughter her entire life.

My daughter GG and I have had a rocky relationship. Marco and Carol’s family painted me as the bad guy, someone that just ditched her and couldn’t care less about her. As she got older it was harder to keep her away.

Not asking you to take my word as gospel

Again as I’ve said before I am not asking you to take everything I say as the gospel. I want you to do your research and I will provide information. Alaska Cares is a child abuse response evaluation service for the state of Alaska. My daughter has a history going back as far as 2003. I could go on, but I will not. I’m just trying to share with you one instance.

At the end of the day, my daughter’s family is a criminal enterprise known for trafficking and other nefarious behaviors. Her father and grandmother obtained custody of her and kept her as an asset to his family and to use her as such.

My daughter has been a product of her environment. I have fought for my girl her entire life.

In conclusion for now

The State of Alaska dropped the ball with my daughter. I am sorry but they did. My daughter is getting arrested and has several open investigations for shootings.
