My son had been born with a hematoma and I was a single mother living in Clarion, Iowa with no family in the area so I had requested a home health nurse to make weekly visits for him.

CPS worker Courtney Pralle removed my son that day with her opinion saying he could suffer injuries or death.

I told her I had a release form from that doctor clearly stating the doctor had release my son because SHE don’t have any reason or concerns for him to go home from the hospital after birth.

After my son was check for his hematoma he was cleared 100% not to mention there was always a home nurse checking on him every week. I fought this corruption for five years.

Over this five years my son was placed with foster parents whom very much wanted to adopt him and whom were friends with the Judge James Mcglynn and went to the same church.

My son was placed on medication without my knowledge Or second opinion and deemed him ADHD by a doctor of their choice Dr. Aronson and started seeing a so called play therapist of their choice without me knowing for 3 months, whom had wrote a recommendation for my termination of parental rights.

When I did receive a copy, I confronted him asking why he would recommend that because he had never meet me? He replied “I just went off of what the CPS letter said” my court appointed Attorney Derrick Johnson only recommended me to comply he never fought against anything, he never told me my rights, he would ignore me and just say we have to comply.

Even when the caseworker was caught in a lie on the stand.

These people work together they are ORGANIZED. They destroy families all in the name of $$$$.
