There was no abuse or drugs involved. Yet they will not allow to me to have any contact with my 12 year old daughter. I was adopting my child.

Now the judge has unlawfully taken my rights to adopt her, stating that my paperwork is not legal. My documentation is real and lawful.

The Judge will not allow me any contact and refused to give me a reason why they are holding my daughter hostage! They are illegally holding her against her will.

I have done all of the requirements DCS has asked yet they refuse to allow me to have my daughter. They are also illegally withholding records from me that I have asked to see.

This is a corrupt court and they need to be accountable for taking happy and healthy children from their homes and adopting them out to strangers.

My child is 12 years old!

I needed help and got it but not from DCS.

They took him and didn’t answer my calls for an entire month. When they finally did they said “I thought you’d give up by now” I said I’d never give up, she said “we’ll see”.

So I did it myself, I got clean, went to every appointment aced every exam.

They kept putting off things til over deadline. Then giving me another 6 month plan. Even though I did everything in the last one on the day they scheduled. 4 years in and they take me to a room and say they are terminating my parental rights. No lawyer ever helped only laughed saying they were on the states side cause they paid her not me.

My case worker Teresa Jackson in Cookeville, TN, told me if I didn’t sign they were going to terminate my rights by hearing and it was going to happen! But if I signed they would allow me to see him once a month til he was 18. I was crying so hard I couldn’t breathe, internet wasn’t easily available then, and I was only (a very sheltered) 20 yrs old.

The judge (Judge Cassidy Cookeville TN) asked, Are you signing this under any duress? I said yes! Actually they told me I’d never see him unless I signed the papers. He looked shocked and guilty. He looked at the case worker and said you can’t do that again! He told me it was okay and to sign the papers.

So I did, it was So hard to do, unimaginable pain I’ll never recover from, but I thought at least this way at least I could be a part of his life …

All I want is my baby! Who is now 10 years old. I miss his smile!

I haven’t seen him since the adoption was finalized they stopped visits, of course.

I want him to know how hard I fought even with no hope, even against a corrupted government system .. just little me.. I tried so hard.

BTW Betsy Dunn was running the head of the department around here. And she was in on it, she ordered the case workers around and laughed at me saying I’d never get my son back, she is horribly corrupt, lied on me in court falsified drug screens ECT ECT.
