My father died Nov. 22nd 2018. I was left to sell his home. Keep my home up and move my 2 boys to my fathers so I could maintain. There was 150 miles between my fathers and the boys school.

The staff at the kids school would tell the boys (14) & (8) ” get over it, it was just your grandpa”. Needless to say I changed the boys school. Come to find out that the paraprofessional at the school was calling into CPS the whole time. My boys are placed with her now. Highly illegal as it is a conflict of interest since she is a district employee and one of my children has an IEP.

In Feb-March 2019

My daughter was getting evicted from her apartment. And wanted me to kick out my renter. So she could live at my other home.

She called in false reports to CPS in a different county than where we resided.

March 2019 the boys and I brought my daughter to have an abortion, the day after when I was at work she called in a false report to CPS that I had a Meth pipe in my purse and I was a HUGE Drug addict.

Fast forward to after the sale of my fathers home and return to my home with $50,000 in damage done by my renter and my daughter.

Aug 2019 I kicked my daughter out for using drugs in my home and my children were picked up by the Police while I was at work with NO investigation.

I have been 100% case compliant.

$20,000 in attorneys with NO results.

I am now Pro Se. Per the Judge Dec 16th my children were to be home by Feb 2020. Social Services said nope we don’t want that we want a parenting assessment.

I passed all Drug tests, did mental health evaluation, suggested drug education class you name it.

End of April 2020 Parenting assessment back and I am now a future sexual predator because my 8 yr old sat on my lap for 60 of 90 min.

They filled a TPR behind my back June 12 2020 with NO factual evidence.

I filled a Civil Lawsuit against 5. Social worker, gal, foster provider, & my daughter. 1st court hearing on the civil case is July 23rd

I am a single mother of 2 children. I have 2 boys, my oldest who is 3 years old and my youngest is 1 year old. At 2 months, my youngest was found with a left broken ankle and I had a select few of people watching my children.

I was naive a year ago and had no knowledge of what I was doing. I was under duress and taken advantage of as I am a vulnerable adult but CPS never investigated the other people watching my children and they never gave me due process. They automatically went straight to Termination of parental rights and they are telling me I’m never getting my children back because I have a learning disability, mental health problems and because I’m poor.

My children have been in Foster Care for a year and 5 months now. I have at least 3 more months before my parental rights actually gets taken from me.

Child protection is a scam and I would NEVER hurt my children. I have done nothing but been a loving and concerned mother since day one. They are my life and my whole world.

I am now an activist fighting for all parents who are dealing with CPS in MN

Well, after a year of litigation, spending retirement, and losing home due to real estate market. My ex-husband decided to “quit his high 6-figure position with a company that he was a founding partner in and we had lived in 5 states in 14-year marriage developing as a family.”

He was ALLOWED to report $zero income and loss of his stock. Even though the decree stated he had stock in the past. He suddenly moved to our home state, a neighboring state, and put things on “reserve” for support.

I tried to arrange things when we got to our home state accordingly. Well, 2 years later he springs on us (in court) that he was Moving again – back to MN……

BTW, he had gotten married to a wealthy banker during this 2-year time period. So, off we go back to MN and he was in the same capacity with his company. I go back to court in MN to ask for “Parenting Time Assistance” and the judge believes it was because we were “high conflict”.

So she assigns a GAL (a lawyer) regarding custody, and she asks the children if they are happy living in his mansion where they were at for now.

BTW, I lived with a roommate in a nice condo (basement) for about 2 years. But things started falling apart. Due to stress, trauma of court and waiting, that I became homeless. I had given up my good career to develop his and to raise the children.

Now it was 2012 and I get an Order to “get a job and home comparable to his and then I can see my children, and maybe continue counseling.”

Also during this time I was trying to reach my ex-husband (the father) a number of times as directed about co-parenting. I get arrested multiple times for ‘harassment”. Eventually jailed with a felony for his 10th report.

At that criminal hearing, I answered “No” to one of the constitutional due process questions, and judge (another county) stated “maybe she’s incompetent for trial”, and I go to hospital for a month. This has haunted me EVER SINCE!!!!!!!!!

Now discriminated everywhere I go, and I have not seen my children in years. I have reported this to every department I can think of.

The whammy is: My ex-husband’s company was Fined $6 M in 2015 due to something they didn’t even do, and I believe it was the GALs and the judge conspiring to see if my name was even on the company asset, and to figure out a way that they (the state) could get it rather than me, after my formal complaints were made the same year.

Shortly after this, my last judge was promoted to a very high position. Still no action. Fraud upon the court, fraud, RICO, conspiracy, discrimination, and civil rights violations.

Then health went down to physical stress of over 10 years to the body. Kids still suffering. Don’t even know where they are. Their father has blocked me from every phone number since the beginning and every email address to all family.

Police were on my side at the beginning of all of this, but later found how much money was involved.

It IS about money.

Was I trafficked for $6 M to the government.
