I lost my parental rights due to false drug testing . They always said i failed my test but other companies i paid for and my doctor all test me negative. Very frustrating being the judge doesnt except them for evidence. I havent seen him since February 18, 2020 and they are adopting him outta foster care. U must get legal help asap!

My kids have been in care for 3 years. I have been and termination of parental rights for 2 years. I just had a baby 7 months ago. They came and did an investigation and my investigation was closed that very same day. I have been parenting three out of my seven children. Was told in February by my caseworker that they had seen a tremendous change in me after leaving my ex-husband that they wanted to give me an opportunity to parent my two boys who have been in care for 3 years I have had continuous visits with them add am due to go to court tomorrow where they are changing the plan from termination of parental rights to reunification with parent. And they have to prove Beyond a reasonable doubt that you were unfit to care for your children. And just because you have a disability or mental health issues that’s not evidence that proves that you’re unfit. start reaching out to your Governor’s Advocacy Office
