I have also been accused of Fictious D/O by Proxy by a Dr I’ve never seen, spoken to nor met. My daughter is an adult Competent Major with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who has been forced into a Psychiatric facility thru Judicial Commitment, held hostage in Louisiana due to this allegation of FDBP by 3rd party. I have NOT been ordered to have an eval, assessment nor have I been charged or formally accused to have harmed her. I have had Independant Forensic eval that disputes states claims and it’s been ignored. Prior psych, behavioral and medical assessments, treatments by primary care and specialist have never indicated suspicions of this accusation. I am looking for an expert to re-eval specifically related to MBP/FDBP.
