My granddaughters case was out of Clackamas. County. Marty McMahon forced my granddaughter out of her own country to be united with a father she never knew. He was deported when she was a baby.
My granddaughter lived with me and her siblings. They were removed from mom in 2013.
All 3 have different days and they all were illegal. Their reasoning was to unite her with her half brother in Mexico. Why they remove her from her siblings that she went through the trauma with and was very close to. Without warning they made me fly her to Merida and just hand her over. She disappeared 6 weeks later. We even got a ransome call for her safe return. Otegon State refused to help us even looking for her. They closed her case after they landed in Merida.
They placed her there with a fake home study that wasn’t even signed and all witnesses for the father recanted. Our story made front page news and an international incident.
FBI, US Justice department, 2 senators and almost 5000 signatures on a petetion for grandparents rights! I found her after 8 months misxing. I would love to be on your podcast to tell my story. Look me up
