Please contact me about my case! I’m in va and fighting them as hard as i can. They’re playing with my kids, they’re separated and i have video proof my oldest daughter is terrified of where shes living and my visitation was taken after i took the video. Please help me save my kids! I appealed to the supreme court!

I can testify to this! I was in the same situation for a while! I paid for what my ex husband did, what the police and local sheriffs department failed to do! The judge, prosecutor, CPS, and lawyers pretty much did as they pleased. No one did any investigations and my rights were 100% violated! Then I filed with the WV Supreme Court of appeals, what a waste of time. They either are on the side of the judges or didn’t look at my case. I was not allowed to Testify on my own behalf, present ANY of my evidence, and I was not allowed to have any of my witnesses speak. They were all standing in the hallway of the courthouse waiting to come in. The judge denied all this, stating, “He didn’t need to hear any of it. That it would not change the outcome of my case!” He terminated my parental rights, bested on his own opinions! He predicted what I would do in the future! Non of which ever would have happened!
I was then told by my lawyer that only alternative was to file an Appeal to the United States Supreme Court, which would cost me a minimum of $50,000 just to file the appeal! Then there was not any guarantee that it would be heard! I had already spent $20,000 in 6 months on a lawyer fighting Barbour County WV !
As a single mother on disability, I had no way of paying for that!
CPS prey on low income families that they don’t think can afford a lawyer, and appoint worthless lawyers to most of their cases. At the time my case was being run through the court system, I wasn’t living in WV. I had to drive 5 hours to attend and to do my visits weekly visits, that I never missed. My Visits that were stopped after my rights were terminated! I fulfill EVERY requirement that CPS and the judge told me to do! One month into this whole ordeal, I was told that the judge was already saying he was in favor of termination. I was told that if I were an alcoholic or abused drugs, he felt I could get treatment and change. But he felt that I made bad choices, and because of that, I would never change! He knew this without any sort of investigation, without knowing the facts, or hearing anything that I had to say! During my court hearings, I think there were two, I was asked a total of 4 questions by the judge! My lawyer got to speak twice! The judge, prosecutor and CPS did all the talking!
I would love to join her in the fight for justice for our kids!

We were pending results of paternity test which we requested bullhead CPS sent my son to San Diego for testing they got results 99.9% his they adopted her out said they never new anything about tests. (Just tip of ice berg). We fought and fought didn’t stand a chance had four other men tested also

Lost my son 2 years ago due to my car breaking down. Standing outside with my then 5 y.o son. Police separated us, searched my vehicle after I politely told them that they didn’t have permission. I was not on probation or parole. Search seizure rights violated. Questioned and interviewed by CPS investigator after o requested an attorney be present. Court found I willfully neglected and harmed my son on the night in question. Told to shut up and just do what court asked. Reports falsified. HIPAA rights violated causing me to be exited from my program 2 days before I was due to complete based on what I shared in therapy. Nothing pertaining to wanting to hurt myself or others. I was “visibly emotional during therapy suggesting an unstable personality disorder and that it would be detrimental for my son to be allowed to return home” yeah I was emotional that one day I had just had my meeting with my CPS worker and despite my finding full time work and completion of classes I was told “to let go of your son, he’s with his dad now. Just enjoy the time we already have given you (8 hrs a week) and stop torturing yourself and your child by false hope and promises you’ll never keep” Yeah I was bloody upset. So to just ensure I lost my case I get kicked out of my program. All clean drug tests, until magically all my mouth swabs and UAs were not allowed as evidence. Only drug patches were recognized by court. They were ALL DIRTY. EVERY SSF SINGLE PATCH TEST WAS A DIRTY TEST. No recourse. No oversight. They made up lies and told me I couldn’t afford to be a good mother.

I totally agree with how the Va laws are bogus, corrupt, full of collusion, & hurt families with children all the time…..even totally hurt Disabled American Citizens in the process of ignoring our constitutional rights, & civil rights! They hurt my case for the last 30 years! They must be held accountable!

My daughter has been in Family Courts for 6 years. All came down to Who had the most money.. When we The Mother didn’t give up Lies were put on paper an sent to Another State. My family needs help we’ve spent 40 Grand . Were broke but still trying to fight for Justice.. #justice4braylie.. We Will Never Give Up.. Our Children Have No Voices. But We Parents have to Protect our Children. Georgia’s late Senator Nancy Schaefer an husband were murder because She had Proof on the corruption in Family Courts an CPS.. Do your research. I am with u girl!! Families dont stand a chance when cps gets involved. Everyone in these courtrooms cover each others butt, and when all said and done, the judge goes right along with them….for the funding!
